Man its been two days cs has yet too ben accepted.

Have you PMed the GM asking for it to be reviewed, and/or sent her the CS? Additionally have you read other accepted CS's to make sure your will get accepted when it is reviewed, and that it goes into a decent bit of detail? This RP has been around the old site and here for well over a year, and the old GM had an exceptionally high standard for the RP. I haven't read your CS (honestly it kinda got lost in the ooc pages) but make sure it fits high casual standards when it comes to grammer, length and detail.

If I am not mistaken from Google maps, there are some smaller towns around the area, spread out by quite a few miles

Nearest one is Ashford, approx. population 300
The boy came outside, to Jack's relief, however he noted that he was still quite tense and had a hand at his side. For a moment Jack wasn't sure why, but then he looked down at his own hands and realized he was still holding his own Remington closely. Keeping his eyes on the buy and his demeanor as friendly as possible, he set the shotgun down on the small outdoor picnic table to his side. He then slowly pulled out his pistol and emptied the contents of the chamber, five bullets (three missing from his encounter with the walker), onto the table, before replacing his revolver in the holster.

From there, he turned his attentions back fully to the kid. He looked about the age Jack had guessed - eighteen, maybe nineteen - and seemed to be in fairly good health. After a year of the world they lived in, the congressman also assumed that he was fairly adept with his own gun, and Jack was putting himself at quite a risk disarming himself.
"Glad this didn't end in some kind of firefight. I'll get that fire going, just need to get my lighter," he gestured over to the small woodpile he had collected when he arrived. "Feel free to start putting some of that in the fire-pit if you're up to it." With that, he started inside to grab his things, which had been under the sink as he told the kid. However he was nearly to the door when he saw a figure just inside the cabin. Though it was dark inside, he could see that the other individual was female, a bit younger than the boy. They had a bit of a resemblance, from what Jack could tell. He made a ninety degree turn, to see and speak to both of them.
"You don't have to be on edge - I've seen enough people die in my lifetime. I don't want to add to that number unless I absolutely have to. What are your names?"
Captain Shelton said he would have an M9.

I find that quite interesting, and I can also agree with your method I always put a little bit on myself into characters, Nero's intellect his quotes he uses (my latest post a good example) his wisdom are all traits in which I possess in real life. My entire concept for Nero was actually inspired by one of my favorite artists Luciano Pavarotti and Italian Tenor and one of the best of his age before he passed, because of him I enjoy Italy and Italian culture therefore Nero is from Italy originally and his name reflects that. I would guess the major difference between me and Nero is I am only 21 lol.

Woah, glad I'm not the only one who does this haha. I'll admit I made Jack a lot more like myself than I usually do with my characters (my original character for this RP, Desmond, was about 10% me and 90% how I wanted to be most of the time). It seems.. Comfortable when your character has a bit of you in their personality. Not like an autobiography, which at times can seem awkward. But it gives you a lot more insight into the mind of the character. Now conversely, when I had the character Jackson around (primary antagonist in Northwards Part II on the old site) it was almost the exact opposite. The character was nothing like me, therefore I felt I could take my normal reactions in the scenario I put him in, and do the opposite.

Fedoras are most often associated with MRAs or Bronies or Neckbeards, so have fun with that.

I'm Italian, so I just get away with it.
Exit said Dayumn... Chris better watch out. Stranger asked his sister out to dinner and they just met.

xD

"Here, lemme give you guys some food, I'm sure you're hungry"

"Woah, I'm just not, like, sure we're at that point in our relationship! Quit rushing things, man!"

The individual inside his cabin responded - he sounded pretty young, probably a teenager - and Jack relaxed a bit. He had dealt with hardened survivors before, men who killed for pleasure and who didn't care what got in their way. He had seen quite a bit of it in Oregon and Northern California. The entire territory seemed to have been reduced to armed gangs without the vaguest hint of morals. The boy inside didn't seem that way, but.. First impressions can be deceiving. His old group in California had taken in a couple of people who seemed alright, hard workers, and he supported their entry. But after two weeks with them, he awoke one night to gunshots. One of their own lied dead on the ground in the storage room - the two guys had been caught attempting to steal from them and run away. He remembered how his men forced the thieves to the ground and began kicking, pummeling them into the dirt. He stopped them, and, in one fluid motion, put a bullet in each of the thieves' brains. They deserved punishment, but not to suffer.

Jack remembered going back inside and throwing up right afterwards. Sure, he kept the facade of a tough leader, but the execution was too much for him. By then it was too late though, he knew there was something inside him. The ability to kill. But he also had something inside him that told him when it wasn't needed. And standing outside his temporary house and listening to the kid, he realized that this wasn't one of those times. With a sigh, he responded genuinely.
"My supplies are taped to the underside of the sink. There are a few days of food, some water, some other essentials. Now, you have everything I own in this world in there. Come outside. I got a deer, I'll make a fire and we can talk over dinner."
I'm pretty sure everyone is in Washington state. Only a few are actually at Cougar Rock though
