Want to skip on school? Just be sick for real - easiest how to do it? Eat and apple and drink Cola at the same time - guarantied stomach ache of extreme magnitude inside the next 12 hours. Not sure if quantity has anything to do with the result. The actual experience involved 1 apple and I think 2 dl of Cola.
Source: Me. Yeah I was enough stupid to do this - trough I didn't know that it would result in a stomach ache. To bad it was during a school break so it just ruined my day instead of giving me a day without school.
Of course this is only if you are really desperate and know that your parents/boss will not buy you faking it.

But again you probably shouldn't skip at all. Skipping is bad. Really bad ...
It didn't take them long to get to the cafeteria since it was in the same general area of the ship as the armory in which they working until now. Except for a few other members of the mission the place was almost deserted, as most of the crew of "Istria" was on their stations, asleep or enjoying their free time. Yakov chose one of the tables that was quite away from the rest of the members of the mission which were present, four EDF Marines of the JSO (Joint Space Operations) which were playing poker and three pairs of JCU personnel each of them doing their own thing - one was playing Shogi, the next was watching anime and the last was immersed in some magical calculations. Yakov asked: "What do you want? It is partial self-service so I will need to go and get our orders." He waited for her to reply so he cloud go and take their meals ...
Snyper put the rocket launcher back in the armory and then followed Leona. When they arrived at that other area she asked: "Can I use throwing weapons? I will probably have problems moving anyone that is even one quarter heavier then me. I do know some self-defense but I really am not got with close combat." Renia was wondering if she cloud would be allowed to use throwing weapons, or any other weapon, in this part. Since almost any weapon that cloud be held cloud also be thrown she knew that as long as they allow some weapons she had a nice chance of showing her skills in this part. She waited for an answer or for instructions from Leona ...
Yakov just let the discomfort on Megumi's face let by, if she was not happy with something she should just say so. He wondered what bothered her but he was both to well-behaved and preoccupation with the task at hand to pry into it. Instead he hoped that the boring but attention-requiring task at the hand would occupy her mind so she wouldn't have time to think about anything else.

The work went on and some hour and half later the things were all checked, everything was there and the major cloud let a slight sound of relief before saying: "Well that is all for now Attache Wolfbane. How about we treat ourselves to a meal in the cafeteria as a reward for the work?" He was planing to sue the fact that knew most of the crew of "Istria", since the ship was once operating from the same base he was stationed at, to get one of the chiefs in the cafeteria to get some special desert or food out so this Attache that he was with would open up to him. But first he would need her to accept the invitation ...
I would have written something but this WOTM's theme just didn't give me any inspiration ... hopefully something will be done and the next time the WOTM Guidelines are up it will be a theme that inspires me more to write (superheros are just not my thing)...
"No reason for them to be there, since most weapons today can operate for years without chargers or use ammo-stored power. For those rare pieces which still have a low capacity battery all military armored suits have universal adaptive charging ports," Yakov explained to Megumi, guessing that she didn't know much about military tech. Then he moved to the next pile of equipment and continued reading out he serial numbers. He stopped for a second to move away one of the larger pieces of equipment and then went on with the task on the hand.
How big are the rounds that Gepard 1 uses? Well here is an image to show:

The Soviet 12.7*108mm bullet is to the right and to the left is the 12.7*99mm NATO better know as .50 BMG. The similarity of this two rounds allows the Gepard to be easily adapted to fire .50 BMG.

This is the original image from which this was cut, it shows WWII airplane automatic weapons ammunition.

Also Gepard 3 (semi-automatic) was made to hold even larger bullets of 14.5×114 mm (.57 Cal), greatly improving it's performance, especially on ranges up to 1000m (the heavy bullet is less accurate above this distance). Truly this is one epic family of guns, appearing in several works of fiction, video games and in use by five countries.
Snyper decided to show of a little so a dozen or so targets (OOC:guessing that they are standard paper ones) were shot in pairs the bullet hitting one and then punching trough to hit the second to. The accuracy this time was crazy, inside of millimeter or two even of the furthest targets and even with those which were hit after the bullet first ripped trough another target. The speed of shooting was also nice for a extremely large caliber single shot anti-material rifle trough a semi-automatic sniper would still beat it any day. Snyper took up the Gepard 1 and said: "Well up to the rocket launcher. Rest while I see what you have here." It didn't take Renia long to find a Carl Gustav, a good and decently accurate shoulder-fired ground-to-ground missile. She readied the launcher and lost of additional FFV441B rockets to reload the gun. Snyper raised the launcher into position and waited for the reset.
After the ship's doctor, which also meant a part of EDF Space Fleet left, Yakov said to Megumi: "Well let's get this done Attache Wolfbane, hopefully nothing will be missing." Then he lead the way to the first stop, the armory in which their weapons, spare ammo and armors were stored. He handed a small hand-held computer to Megumi which displayed a long list of equipment of the team which should be in this armory. "I read the serial numbers and you check on the list, if anything is missing we should notice after a run or two," the major said while approaching the first pile of stuff marked with the identification of their team. Soon he begun to read out the serial number and all that Megumi had to do was to check them on the list.
