The Inter-Dimensional Space, the Everything, a infinite space governed by the three universal laws and inhabitated by an infinity of species, build out of Dimensions - shorter from Dimensionally Defined Unique Probability - unique possible realities which can differ between each other in anything from a single even or all the laws of physics & magic. The Post-Dimensional Soceity, the joint economy and culture of many countries in the IDS which are able to project their military power in any part of the known IDS, is the dominant power in the IDS with an neverending thirst for power. Now we shall follow some of the fates of people that inhabit the IDS.
Some possible plots (out of a infinity of them):
A First Contact - A Post-Dimensional exploration ship crashes on planet with late 20th/early 21st century technology.
Focus: First contact situation, character interaction
Warriors of Money - Follow some of the Post-Dimensional mercenaries, warriors which fight wars, alone or in groups, for money.
Focus: War & conflict, character interactions, combat
Trough the Camera's Lense - The mass media of Post-Dimensional society, reporters, paparazzi and other which live of other people's fortuness and misforutness.
Focus: World of mass media, character interactions
Pirates of Farros - Pirates ransack trough the Farros system. Follow the fate of both pirate and law enforcment as they fight for dominance over the important transit system of Farros.
Focus: Conflict, character interactions, combat, crime
Boarding School of Freaks - Freaks, creatures which posses powers which their race should not have. In the Post-Dimensional warfare one high-class Freak can destroy whole armies of ordianry soldiers. But for that training is need so United Corporation, the largest Post-Dimansional corporation and a Post-Dimensional superpower, erected the Boarding School of Freaks, an education instituion dedicated to teaching and training Freaks, trough magic and skill users are also common.

And many others. Really, any possible event or setting that can be though will sooner or later happen somewhere in the IDS. From countires made only of robots over contries in which most populace are idiots lead by a small inteligent minority to counties in which everything is owned by a single Post-Dimensional corporation.
