Name: Jobain Uthreguard.
Age: 19.
Gender: Male.

Weapon specialty: Great/Tower Shields.

Personality: Jobain is friendly and warm always having a smile for most anyone. His temperament is one of caution though if a large threat presents itself you can expect his shield and himself to be one of the first things it meets. He is generally very protective of most everyone who need it whether they know it, or want it, or not. By nature he isn't violent however if that's what it takes to keep people safe its something he is willing to do. Though he is large and strong he rarely thinks of it as anything important, more just a tool to help others.

Bio: Jobain was the eldest son to a couple of herders of the plains and has always enjoyed working among the large animals they tended. It was a simple peaceful existence for the most part and he never really thought about doing anything else for quite a long time. However, when the Maw made their presence known it resulted in a massive stampede of the normally docile creatures inhabiting the plains which quickly turned into a massacre as almost no one could stop the tide which was led by a couple of large bulls who seemed to be leading. Jobain's uncle was a Craftknight at one point, retired but he kept his last shield as a memento of his travels, which got the boy thinking and he hefted the virtual wall of metal over his shoulder to help assist in the defense of his home. He wielded the shield more comfortably than one who expect of a mostly untrained, though large and strong, boy and managed to get himself in between one of the lead bulls and other villagers. It charged him and he grounded himself as he stepped into the beast butting head against shield which allowed him to stand his ground and eventually turned the beast with some well aimed bashes and crushing blows helping to save his home and others as well. It wasn't long after that he thought of becoming a Craftknight to continue to help other people which resulting in him getting training and better equipped with a large, tower shield as well as armor to match. He had learned much and intended to put his knowledge and skills to use heading to Degar to join the order so he can stop future attacks.

Nice. I'll have it up in a bit.
There still some room here?
Donovan had his thoughts reinforced by Carly on talking with Evan, sure he would listen but in the end it would be up to him to decide to believe it or not. He also understood the situation was confusing as he still hadn't quite wrapped his head around it himself so he could only imagine for someone who didn't know in the first place. The momentary pause for getting the food set allowed him to get something into his belly though he would definitely continue to talk to Carly. It was a bit obvious Eden was helping to keep a little distance but it was fine with him because they were getting places and at a much faster pace than what he thought it would take. Then Carly popped then question of what to do about Jackie and he realized he had almost no answer to it having had no words with her for a long time which had been a bit painful needless to say.

"I've had no contact with her since and that total silence scares me." Donovan said showing that it still was a subject that hurt him, maybe a bit more than the rest, but hurt nonetheless.

He was always having the difficulty of not knowing so much causing him more trouble than if he did, it made him look crazy which it turned out he wasn't, but it was the fact that the other him seemed to know plenty that kept him worried.

Just how much does it really know about everyone else? Too much probably. Donovan thought trying to piece some of the issue together and figuring that this other personality had to know enough about everyone else to cause as much havoc as it did.
Still up for it and it looked like haggis and kirah are too.
"Sounds great." Donovan said very much interested in breakfast and looking forward to eating with Carly and Eden.

He couldn't help but feeling ravenous while listening and smelling the cooking bacon and toast which was really the only thing on his mind. It was going to be a given that Eden would have to mediate between the Carly and him but he would give the smaller girl the time she needed. Staying his distance was fine for now to help the girl's nerves which he didn't want to upset and it let her just digest what was said. Given Carly's nature it was only a matter of time before she would want to know more now that she was less stressed out, it was her way and it led to some interesting stories or information in the past. He soon enough guessed it right hearing the question and thinking about it for a moment wondering himself who would be a good next step.

"Your the first person we thought to talk to. I've thought a little and Evan might be next, not sure what to expect from him after everything though." Donovan said a little unease there remembering that he had apparently given the guy a similar treatment to Aya.
Heinrich

Heinrich looked out into the sky and along the cityscape taking in the night air. He had spotted a larger building that stayed intact not all that far from the pub which would be the meeting place and decided to stay out of sight and out of mind. He had been very cautious upon arriving in England, as any German should, and had come up with a sort of cover identity for himself and with the help of the SSR he took the form of an American traveler Henry Allman, who was a pacifist and apparently had lost an eye so he had to cover it up. It had involved him adopting an accent and manner which had been a bit tricky at first but he fell into it easily after a bit of instruction though already having a good knowledge of the English language it severely shortened the process.

This whole conflict made quite the mess for anyone trying to move about and flying him out of Switzerland had been the best way to get him out, albeit in a two man biplane, but sacrifices had to be made if he was going to get anywhere outside of Nazi controlled territory. He was grateful to the SSR for the help and where he had a certain respect for them the choice of meeting place was a little disappointing. A crappy dive bar which would be filled with people trying to drown out memories and sorrows. If there were British soldiers he generally stayed away from them if at all possible because they could make a German man very uncomfortable with some very angry rambling about the war. He was not exactly in a safe place all things considered however he was going to do what it took to help his country and countrymen to be free from the Reich.

Despite any discomfort he respected the British for their unwillingness to back down even during the bombardment of the Blitz which destroyed a great deal of life and property. From his perch he could even still see some of the lasting damage which reminded him of his childhood living among the post war ruins of Berlin, though he didn't have it nearly as bad as others because of himself alone. He sympathized well enough with these people having been in that same situation but he wasn't sure if they could say the same. The Americans were something else entirely having sat out a good portion of both wars before coming in to steal the glory or at least try to prove their mettle in a large scale war. When it came to the Soviets he didn't really know whether to be terrified by or for them, probably both, because by what he heard the government and command was just as dangerous as the German war machine. He would reevaluate his opinions over time but these were just what he was seeing for the time being.

As for the meeting he supposed it was going to be a meeting of the minds in a sense to introduce the group to one another and then get to business. He didn't know who or what he was dealing with in the form of powers or personalities so he would approach the night with some caution, he may have known there were others like himself but knowing and experiencing were two totally different things. There would be much to talk about in he guessed what with differing experiences and viewpoints but a key thing was to see just how they reacted to knowing they would be working with a German to stop Germany in essence. He thought it was an awkward proposition to begin with so he could only imagine what it would be like for the rest. It would likely be prudent to keep some of his unsavory past to himself lest he end up worse for wear. He would wait for a few more minutes maybe above before seeing if anyone else of this group had arrived.

Heinrich formed something of a portal for himself out of the dark of the night to quickly travel down to ground level near the pub an alley away from it. He replaced the patch over his lit up eye and appeared at his decided location within moments clearing his throat so as to prepare for any speaking he might end up doing. The German moved quickly out of the alleyway and over towards the pub not wasting any time entering so he could find himself a comfortable seat mostly away from the drunk customers. This meeting was business so he wouldn't be drinking of his own volition unless it was offered though it wasn't like he was shying away from it, he was as much a fan of a good drink as anyone, but it would get in the way of any negotiations so he could wait until afterwards. It took a moment but he found a less occupied area near a woman who seemed to have had the same thought.

"Mind if I have a seat?" Heinrich asked keeping his American accent up as best he could.

If the woman had no issue he would sit and quite honestly he was bored so a conversation couldn't hurt to past the time before them meeting was underway.
Donovan was happy enough that Carly agreed, the other him had definitely left a mark, but it was not going be an immediate thing readjusting to the fact he was himself during the day. It was just a fact he would have to deal with but it was a start and it didn't hurt to make a good impression though he might have pushed it a bit. He knew Carly would mostly be talking with Eden which was fine given the situation and the two of them could keep good company even if he was off to the side a little. He heard Carly offer to let them both in for breakfast, something he needed more than wanted, and was certainly up for food at this point.

"That'd be great, I'll leave the cooking to my betters here and go sit down if that's alright." Donovan said sort of laughing at his lack of ability in a kitchen, he really was bad unless it was very simple.

Donovan would promptly go to find a chair to plunk down in once Carly allowed them inside partly to relax, he had been a bit tense, and to sort of look around from his seat. His back and side were still aching so it might also numb it down again just a bit to sit.
Not sure if this is still gonna happen but figure I bump it.
