Better to be on the safe side with the interest this got.

I'll see what I can do about a character then.
I'd be interested in joining up if you aren't full.
Cal took a good long look at the town and decided going in immediately was just going to get him ambushed if there was anyone there, not to mention give them some cover otherwise. He thought it out for a moment deciding to quietly creep along the outer edges of the town to see what he could and if he heard anything it sure as hell wouldn't be him. All he had to do was figure out where Rhonda, and possibly others for all he knew, were if she was still camped in the town then it would be a matter of setting up a shooting position. He made sure to remember to look for any such spot while watching keeping eyes and ears open for a disturbance.

If she is as dangerous as her reputation having the drop on her will sure as hell be useful. Cal thought as he scanned path to path for signs of another person being around.
Cal committed the locations to memory and gave a bartender a quick thank you while he looked back a bit towards the sheriff. It was a pleasant happening for the older man to show up and though he hadn't had much contact with the lawman seeing one who was always where he needed to be was a welcome sight of relief. After what happened to Serenity he couldn't help being silently glad that the town had someone experienced watching over it and keeping order. The Guerilla however was ready to head out so he went and made sure to grab the posters, and his rifle, before giving the sheriff a friendly smile as he passed the man before heading out of the bar.

Now where to go...might as well get the trip to Oldcon over with. I'll have some quiet time scoping the place out at least.

The Guerilla stated making tracks for Oldcon readying himself to deal with Rhonda and fully intending to scout the abandoned area before he did it. No need to rush if it all it took was a single well placed shot from range so he would be making damn sure he knew his options.
Now that I can I'll get a post up tonight. Haven't been able to properly type for a bit now.
Cal digested the information seeing Rindstock as less of a priority, might have settled down somewhere else anyways, where as both Jaggy and Rhonda made his blood boil them being frequent and unrepentant killers. His figured checking what the rumors on them would be good so he could get a rough idea of where they were but he didn't expect perfect information which suit him just fine. Before he snatched the posters he would get his information so he went to retake his seat and called over the bartender again.

"Any whereabouts on Jaggy and Rhonda?" Cal asked showing his interest in them but not that he was going to immediately rush off.

The tension over near the guitar player from the pool playing gentlemen was growing and something of a cause for concern. It wouldn't be the first bar brawl to erupt while Cal was present but he would prefer it didn't. Though once the bartender said his piece he might have to give his own to the louder of the two if anything to get them to settle it elsewhere.
Looks like were all a bit busy lately huh.
Cal gave a little thought to the bounty board after having some of his drink, after all he really didn't have much to lose getting a bit of extra money while doing to town a service. This roused him up from his seat to have a look at the criminals on tap more focused on what they did and if they were wanted alive or not. It was a practical interest to know your prey or at least their habits before going after them, not least how far they are willing to go to stay free.

Who in tarnation is called Jaggy? Cal thought offhandedly while reading through the three remaining bounties.
Cal walked quietly along the trail leading back to town brushing a bit of dust away as best he could off his jacket and pants with his free hand. Over his shoulder laid a small bar with several smaller critters attached set for delivery to his client and on the other was the strap of his Sharps which no longer had its scope having finished its work as much as the hunter. It felt good being in his element out in the wilds where he preferred to leave his mark as opposed to having to put down troublemakers which was far more common than he liked at times. In Primafrontier he seemed to be outstaying his welcome however as some of the local hunters truly disliked his presence not to mention jobs were running dry so he would end up moving on the next half decent little town if nothing pressing came up soon.

A few minutes went by before he could see the town prompting him to pick up the pace not exactly unaware of the recent bandit incursions in the area. Cal gave a few nods of acknowledgement as he went by the entrance then down the street to the general store which he entered casually approaching the counter to speak with the owner.

"The game you requested sir." Cal said briefly slinging his catch onto the counter for the man to examine.

"Well aren't ya the quick one, these look just fine...your payment Mr. Johnston and good travels to ya." The owner responded pausing to retrieve the money he owed before giving a quick send off.

The Guerilla liked the man for that since he scarcely wanted to waste his time anymore so he did a fast double count of his due before taking the money. He waved back to the owner before heading back outside now without any work for the moment but not exactly ready to leave before a bit of rest. It took a moment of pondering before the thought of a cold drink overtook him leading him to the saloon where he entered giving a quick glance about returning stares with an even look as he found himself a seat and with a few gestures, not to mention a bit of money, also a drink to enjoy after propping his rifle up nearby. The newcomers hadn't gone unnoticed but it seemed like there were always a couple bounty hunters rolling about wanting to find a new target bar the man with a guitar who seemed more an entertainer and a good one at that but maybe stirring the pot a little much.

Suppose I'm not so different, except I hunt animals more than men. Cal thought with a mild grin as he sat back listening to the music taking a few sips as he kept an eye around the establishment for anything out of the ordinary.
Time to get the train rollin then.
