It could indeed be temporary, but I could go do something like, he is good at getting into people heads, it could cause your characters to doubt themselves and others possibly getting everything mixed up. Just a temporary villain who can spin the rp around a ton until it is all mixed up.

Appearance: Average size, and very skinny compared to others. His fur is a deep brown, but he has a white x of fur on his chest, his hands and feet are both orange.(Can't provide pic, 1. Because on mobile it nears impossible 2. I want to have a unique character fit to me and only me) They wear leather armor, minus the helmet, his ears stick out to much for him to wear a helmet.
Personality: Very enthusiastic about even the slightest thing, a good listener and very nice, but to gain his trust takes much work.
Backstory: Whether it was ñot doing what he was told or breaking into an Inn and stealing all the fancy cups he was ALWAYS in trouble, though he was good in schoolings but never really trained as a warrior. After a while he had aged to fifteen and broke into the tavern every so often for some extra gold to get his family by having to often walk long distances from his families shack. At seventeen the dragonborn arrived to stop the dragon problem, but suddenly the Dragonborn dissapeared and his family were killed when a dragon ravaged the town. He now wishes to do away with the dragon threat!

Apprentice. Pickpocket
Apprentice Archery.

Equipment: Leather armor, minus a helmet. 5 lockpicks, 10 arrows, a bow, and finally, a small thread, with his parents wedding rings on it.

An extremely weak character! Not built to battle dragons, but instead driven by the death of his parents, rather then because they are bad and need to die.

But thats the thing, you all have invincipiple chars, but the char can be for example born and trained to murder any and all supernatural. Nothing threatens your chars! It is time to put fear in them.

You can have the growing rumor that supernats are being murdered. Then an attempt on one of your characters is made putting them into a panic.

I am here with an idea! I have nothing to do with this Rp, nor have I read up on anything. You alls ay that a set bunch of things are GOING to happen, and you CANNOT stop these things from happening. But I come to you with a plotline. I, with proper permission, can join as a sudden popping up antagonist and screw everything around, this will likely prolong your happy Rp, even after my character or whatever is stopped from wrongdoings. So then mates, whaddya say I try to recharge this Rp with some magic I can pull from my hat.

I could for example be an unkown man murdering supernatural beings, thinking they are no more then monsters.
