"Awesome! I'll join that committee too, I guess!" Without even thinking, Mia grabbed Lena's hand so they could walk over to where a line for the design clipboard was starting. Mia never had any issue with skin-ship; She had always been a physically affectionate person.
She eventually let go of her hand when they were in line, and said with a grin, "This sounds like it'll be a lot of fun! It'll keep me off the video games for a little while, anyway." She stuck her tongue out playfully.

Vevila smiled at Kalina's reassurance. "''Twas nice meetin' you Kalina." The old man and little girl hopped off the cart and came around to thank her. Once they were all reasonably separated, she began driving her cart to her destination: The Rivendell Trading Post.
Mia laughed out of habit. Her smile always lit up her whole face. "Normal is whatever is normal for you."
Out of nowhere the president emerged from his office. "Hi everyone~~! In case you haven't met me yet, I'm your lovely president Timothy~~! <3" He said this loud enough to silence the room. Then he made his way to a podium that was stationed in the center of the wall opposing the couch area.
"Let's make this year the best year, like, ever!~" The crowd in the room cheered.
"First event of the year is going to be a pride parade on Friday! We're going to have to divvy up the responsibilities! Half of us will be physical labor, like moving boxes and stuff, and the rest of us will be on the organization and design committee! Sign up on the red clipboard for the Labor committee and on the blue clipboard for the Organization committee!" He placed the two clipboards on the coffee table and had everyone line up according to which committee they wanted to sign up for.
Mia of course wanted to sign up for the organization committee, but she wanted to be on a committee with Lena, since they were basically friends at this point. So instead, she asked, "Hey yo, Lena, what committee are you signing up for?"

Mia couldn't help but smile. "Haha. Why would you tell yourself that? Aren't we girls beautiful?" The last comment was made with a hint of sarcasm, while she flipped her hair dramatically. "Come on. You wouldn't be here if you didn't like ladies. Plus, being gay isn't all bad. We have the best sex, after all." Mia winked, hoping for an entertaining reaction from Lena.
Oh, she speaks. Mia thought before pulling up a chair. She continued to watch her draw, and occasionally studied her face. She decided Lena was pretty. She then asked "How long have you known you were into chicks?"
The little girl looked enchanted, and nodded before disappearing into the back of the carriage.
Hours passed, until finally, they arrived at the gates of Rivendell.
"We're here, all!" Vevila announced, excited to finally be here. She felt a bit sad too, however, because this meant she would probably have to part with her traveling companions. She didn't even realize that she was giving Kalina such a sour look.

Mia spotted a redheaded girl come in the room. She was immediately enchanted, but the spell was soon broken as soon as the girl opened her mouth. what an arrogant girl...gross She thought to herself, then noticed a girl drawing. She got up from her seat immediately and pranced over to the girl. "Oh..." She started. "Wow that looks really good. I draw too but it's mostly just dumb cartoons; I'm not THAT good. I'm Mia, what's your name?" Mia wasn't sure where this confidence came from, but she probably felt more comfortable since this girl seemed to feel more out of place than she did.

This is just a shot in the dark, but no it isn't. Given the GM hasn't even shown signs of giving other players the green light, you should be fine.
Oh. well I wasn't planning on it being so high strung, after all I put this in the free roleplay section. But yeah, anybody who wants to join gets the green light. so you gud dawg.
Vevila watched the elf out of the corner of her eye as the story progressed. She noted how beautiful the elf was when she smiled. The little girl jumped up from the carriage and rested her head on the back of the driver's seat. "I wanna talk to King Ewund too!" The old man sputtered awake. "Now now Finna, sit down. The trip will be much faster if you sleep through it. We don't want to be a bother to the nice little hobbit..." Vevila broke in. "Oh, she's no bother." She giggled. "She botherin' you, Kalina?"
Mia giggled at how hyper Dakota was. "Hi, Dakota, Nice to meet you. My name's Mia." She watched in awe as people filed in the room, one after the other. A tan blonde guy sat next to her on the couch. "Hi, I'm Mia What's you're name?" She smiled in her signature way, closing her eyes and tilting her head slightly. She kept the eye on the door for anyone who looked particularly interesting. Hey, a girl has to shop around.
