Jae, from what I see, it looks good. So I would say it is accepted.
I say that the Districts should be the only ones left, it kind of adds to the whole aspect of solidarity and adds to the dystopian aspects. The people couldn't go anywhere else, even if they wanted to.
Bump so that others can hopefully join in on this awesomeness.

Well to elaborate, it really depends on the surgery. For example if someone got a neural implant to help with reflexes, thought process, etc. they'd most likely develop a severe form of PTSD from the surgery itself and the technology, perhaps memory relapses or severe migraines. I'm seeing a place where technology is advanced, but not perfect. People go mental because of it, synthetic arms don't feel...right, robotic heart transplants feel cold, etc.
I like the idea, but I can really only see stuff like that happening as you go further down in the districts. Like, I could see districts 0-9 having the better technology (even D8&9 would be pushing "better"), and the others having instances like that.
And if it happens to be that a PTSD forms like that in an upper district, maybe the people get forcibly moved into a lower one to keep the public thinking prosthetics are okay and working great.
When would you say we would be able to get this off the ground?
