[wip] Somewhere in new Tokyo, in one of the many giga skyscrapers, in short a large living area hosting over thousands of people with fire department, shops and so on all in the same building, was one particular room. It would be stated that a certain Shzui Lynn would life in there and that it was a nice loft, standing a bit in contradiction to the normally poor and runned down rooms but nothing too unuasual. Many people tended to have a rather fancy room in a run down area thanks to the high taxes in those areas who are said to be secure but depending on what shortly happened, New Tokyo can hardly be called secure.
But we are drifting off are we?
While the loft wouldn't be that uncommon, that what would lay behind that door was indeed uncommon. While a small gangway would lead to another door behind that one a huge room in complete white would nearly blind those who would dare to enter it. A white bed to the far end of the room, a single white leather chair, a holo conductor, a silver shelf with several cages and chemical glass wares, some filled and some not, and then finally in the middle of the room a surgeon table with all the equipment a hospital could dream of.
That was not all, if one could look behind the blinding white of the floor and walls one would recognize many weird lines going across the floor and so stating some floor and wall cases for many things.
Now the only living thing inside this strange gigantic room would be a white dresses man, a white trench coat, a white fedora and a white surgeon mask topped with white leather boots and gloves. It was creepy, not in a evil way but more of the seril looking white. Everything in this room looked too polished, too clean too well fit.

Anyways, this white dressed figure was sitting on the couch watching into the holo conductor and so seemingly watching the news when the sudden interruption came.

While not diverting his eyes from the holografic show, he mumbles to himself.
"start image inducer, search police register, international register and all camera material of the last 24 hoers"
He made a small pause then continued.
"Search for Omega in previous stated crime files, filter out greek mythology and complete with companies, clubs and gangs~"
The white figure stood up and headed for the door.
"Send me a 10minute chek up via deciphered tech-frame on my organic technomatric storing system"
He left the white room , leaving a humming holo-conductor which suddenly shows a loading bar. What he did was investigation on his own level and well, even in such a surveiled country like this, he made sure that he would be mostly undetected.
He made a partially tech virus who allowed multiple hosts to download parts of the information he wanted to gather, not a whole lot but only a bit. It made the gathering slower but it was worth it.
So where did the white figure head to? Well investigation is mostly made where it actually happened or there where the culprit is hidden~

Mhh well and now all we are missing are some nice evil foes who want nothing more than world domination or extinguishing the whole universe! Shouldn't be that hard to find some xD

So your bio-suit gives you let´s say tripple the strength of a human? What about speed? Does it works the same way? And reaction time? Because i do not want to appear rude here but i am asking because that lacks in the CS >_> I mean we could start and you can turn out to be superman with the simple explanation "It´s my alien race ability"

Aaaand i do not really see the difference with your other character besides another picture and the lack of the over powered soul bombs.... >_>
Well i imagine him like Deadpool....not as awesome thou because if i would say that he is more awesome Deadpool would jump out of a comic i posses and kill me buuut anyways....
Well regenerative ability and portal using is not that much OP and well since he hasn´t stated otherwise i think he´s just human standard, normal strength like lifting 200pounds or maybe somewhat more.And so with such an factor which allows enemys to shot him into shreds anytime they want and he will not likely shrug that off~ here i do wonder.... what happens to objects INSIDE your body. Will they be pushed outwards while regenerating or will they remain inside, also do you "regenerate" broken bones etc? or just the flesh? Because a bone fracture is nice and stuff but if your flesh would most like be fully healed before ou could re-locate your bone...it´s more ouchy than before~

And does his healing factor comes from the nanites or from a born ability?

@Wonder: Huh? Well my char is only human! Imagine aguy threating you with a weapon...you would incinerate the weapon and the guy with a single though or move of your hands and i...i will stand there explaining him why it is a bad idea to do so and so boring him to death but before he finally passes away he will still slug my brain....and wooosh i am dead...

Mhh i like the #27 thingy, even if i would tune down the clones a bit. I mean technically he´s like Venom from Marvel...just without a host. He can morph into anything he likes and so also altering his strength and speed. Mhhh i personally....(not that i have any rights to judge here XD i am no GM or Co-GM) would prefer an "endless" amount of really weak clones. He would then just needs mass for them. Maybe even hosting some parts of himself to control dead bodies >_>

He could use them as a decoy, as henchmen and as a doppelganger if in need to escape.
By the way, what "material" is he made of? Is he carbon based like humans or can he change that as well? Is his body weak to some kind of chemical?

Like i stated in my Bio, Surgeon has invented many thing being abused by the government...why hasn´t some fallen into some street gang´s hands...woudn´t be that far in china
