Im trying to keep in character with his personality, at least as i thought i wrote it. He makes assumptions, and since he shy, he doesn't ask, which leads to him being wrong, which leads to embarrassment, and then to shyness, and the cycle continues.
Fire, creates an inferno once landed, envelops a 10 foot radius completely, and tends to be ~1500-2000 degrees Fahrenheit
Ice, freezes all creatures within a radius of 10 feet for about 15 seconds at -130 degrees celsius (-202 fahrenheit). Can be combined with Water magic to create a hailstorm, which spans a 20 foot radius, and constantly drops grapefruit sized hail for a half a minute.
Earth, creates a large bog of mud in a 30 foot radius, slowing all who walk through it. Lasts for about a minute.
Wind, create (Very powerful) random gusts of wind in a 10 foot radius strong enough to knock over a fully grown elephant. Lasts for half a minute. Can be combined with Water magic to create a Windstorm, spanning a 30 foot radius, and sending out winds about half as strong for half a minute.
Sun, blind all (Excluding Anthony) in a 20 foot radius for 15 second.
Moon, cause a large hallucination that appears different for each champion. It is of whatever each specific champion fears most. Lasts for half a minute.
Lightning, summon a lightning bolt that hits where the arrow landed with ~.5 mil. volts of electricity. Can be combined with Water magic to create a thunderstorm, which sends a strike of lightning to the nearest piece of conductive material every 10 seconds, striking it with ~.4 mil volts, and lasts for 30 seconds. (Reduced voltage and time it lasts, maybe thats good... or... bad enough for an auto-hit?)
Rain, a rainstorm begins in the arena. The storm lasts for a full minute, and constantly drops 50 gallons of water per second in a 50 foot radius.

I only copied over the magics, since that seems to be the only thing needing editing. Lowered temp. for ice arrow and edited lightning storm.
"We'll follow you!" Isa called to him. "Besides, we'll know exactly where everything this is. It's a second home to Arty and I."

It then dawned on Timothy that Arty and Isa were pet names- They were boyfriend and girlfriend. His ears got slightly red as he approached the art room. He then heard a very loud laugh from Isabella, which scared the heck out of him. He hunched slightly as he neared the art room. He decided to close the door behind him so that nobody would see his ears being so red. He closed the door quietly, making sure nobody was with him. He then just realized that the others were following him, and the rest of his face was slightly flushed. It wasnt too long before he got the blankets. He stood by the door and took a few breaths, trying to return the correct color to his face. He emerged and began towards the library.
Ok, i'll drop the temp later.

The lightning arrow alone doesn;t have an auto-hit effect, the thunderstorm subset does, though. I don't know how else to have it, im open to suggestions.
Powers/Skills/Weaponry: Anthony wears an invisible, seemingly cloth, cloak around him, which is extremely light, cannot be stolen, and protects him as much as a full suit of armor. Anthony is also extremely agile (Idk what to compare it to), and resistant against magic that he casts, and other forms of similar magic. Acid has nearly no effect on his cloak, unless it is an extremely strong kind of acid. Anthony wields an indestructible scythe with around a 1-and-1/2' long handle, And the blade of the scythe comes in after a foot of handle. He can store the scythe in a safe place and summon it to his hands at will at any time. He also has a bow and quiver with an infinite number of arrows. This also has the same summoning and storage ability. His scythe and arrows aren't normal, though. They are extremely sharp and the arrows fly close to 200 mph, and both have the ability to charge to different kinds of magic. Once a magic type has been used, it cannot be re-used for a minute. They are as follows:

Fire, creates an inferno once landed, envelops a 10 foot radius completely, and tends to be ~1500-2000 degrees Fahrenheit
Ice, freezes all creatures within a radius of 10 feet for about 15 seconds at -25 degrees celsius (-13 fahrenheit).
Can be combined with Water magic to create a thunderstorm, which sends a strike of lightning to the nearest champion (Excluding Anthony) every 10 seconds, striking them with ~.35 mil volts, and lasts for 30 seconds. (Reduced voltage and time it lasts, maybe thats good... or... bad enough for an auto-hit?)
Rain, a rainstorm begins in the arena. The storm lasts for a full minute, and constantly drops 50 gallons of water per second in a 50 foot radius.

I edited in and out the concerns schradingr presented, but im still thinking about blinding. See anything wrong in this one?
"Well the library's pretty warm, plus it has those couches. Much rather sleep on one of those than the floor." A new person said.

Timothy didnt look up, but he said, "Good idea." Timothy closed his laptop and put it away. "I'll get some blankets." He began towards the art room.
"Isabella Roma." Timothy took a second look at the girl. It was her. Timothy blushed slightly, and went back to coding. he felt like an idiot.
i had that origonally, i dont know why it got changed though. i'll do that.

anything else?

And the "hits the nearest champion" part?

If i do "Hits nearest piece of conductive material" it'd be pretty much null, considering most (If not all) of us have a metallic object of some sort that we can toss across the arena and dodge the lightning. Im not closed to changing it, i just dont see how it would work any other way.

My character is designed to be a combo of ranged and melee skills, and his skin is only as tough as hardened leather (and he only has that because it fits with his character as a burly blacksmith demigod). One need not be impervious to bullets in order to survive in melee. A better alternative is to simply avoid being hit, or even wear some armor. Having skin that durable just seems out of place amongst Anthony's other abilities.

As for not being human, that's true. Though Mifune has more or less the durability of one (excepting his implied resistance to the damaging effects of friction). Regardless, 1 million amps is enough to kill even Skallagrim's proposed character outright, since he wouldn't have time to adapt before it roasted him. And there's still the issue of the OP auto-hitting-ness.

Both are true. For the top half, I could switch over to superhuman agility, but still keep some defence, cause im not gonna dodge every hit.

For lightning, i didnt do much research as to how much a regular lightning strike does, so im willing to change that.
