"C'mon, let's get out of here. Especially with all of the fighting I had to deal with downstairs, the authorities are going to arrive pretty soon. Not that they'll ever know what really happened, since I'm pretty sure that explaining that we had to kill a monster here wouldn't be believable," Kaika said as she had her hidden blade/gun go back into the gauntlet, and she quickly went out of the office, and ran down the hallway.

"Oh, sure," Takahisa said as he got off the bed and stood up with no problem. Of course, he brought along his own bag, but something unexpected came up. It wasn't until now that his cell phone was receiving a call, a simple bell noise came from his bag. "Huh?" Takahisa said as he dug through his bag and took out his cell phone, which was the old style flip phones.

"No, I'm always prepared," EMBR said to Rin as he had his suitcase shift into a glider mode, to which he stood on the glider as if it were a hoverboard. "Ready when you are," he said to him.

"If you're all better Yukki, then I don't mind!" Yuno says with a cheery voice, extremely glad that Yukki was all better now as it seemed. She didn't notice the purple eyes that Yukki had for a moment.

Alius ran into a few of the Shadow Replicas in the area, but none of them attacked her. "Oh...there you are. Well...some of you. Glad to see that my children are doing what they were made to do. Now go off, there's a variety of souls to choose from," Alius said to the shadow replicas near her, to which the shadowy monsters began to spread out as if her orders were something they couldn't ignore. Of course, she appeared human for now, so her connection to the Shadow Replicas was hard to see. Alius began to sense several new arrivals, and more importantly, more souls. "What a treat..." she mumbled quietly to herself as she began to head towards this sense of powerful souls (Naruto).

Usually Shadow Essences aren't hurt easily by simple weapons...so maybe this is a weaker variation of it?... Kaika thought as she saw that even Eren managed to get some attacks on it. In fact, Kaika could tell that she could see the "source" of the Shadow Essence: it's single red eye. "Sayonara," Kaika mumbled as she quickly tinkered with her hidden blade gauntlet, and aiming at the Shadow Essence's eye. A single gunshot rang out, and it was subtlely charged with her energy. It hit the bullseye, well...the Shadow Essence's eye, and it bellowed out in painful rage as it began to fade away. As the Shadow Essence disappeared, the body of the man couldn't be found, maybe dead along with the Shadow Essence they just killed.

"...Requiescat in pace," Kaika mumbled a saying that her assassin mentor had taught her, a way of saying a respect to her assassination target. It was the only Italian she knew, translated into "rest in peace."

"How...how long have I been out?" Takahisa asked as he rubbed his eyes, the continuous rest was quite tiring for him actually.

[Saito & Aege, High Above the Pacific Ocean, Late Morning]

"Saito, you idiot..." Aege spoke those words before stopping time once more, right when Metal Sonic had opened fire at them. Quick, he got back to the yellow Kirby and dragged him out of the way of the gunfire. By the time he resumed time, he and Saito were guided out of the gunfire's way. To others, this would seem like Aege was teleporting himself and Saito, but it was not. "Oh dear god! This is bad! This is bad!" Saito started to panicked as he started to realize the situation they were now in, freaking out from the sight of machine gun. "Shut it idiot. You're the one who got us into this mess, so you're going to be the one to get us out of it. With the fact you're the only one out of us that could fly, so fly," Aege said to him, holding onto Saito's feet to keep himself in flight. Either that Aege told him to or that the intensity of the situation was forcing him to, Saito began to fly away from the gunfire as fast as he could.

"Oh, yes, the bakery!" Penny said with an exaggerated expression of excitement, going after Ruby who led the way.

Kaika saw that a set of shadowy claws were aimed for her, but she swiftly slid under them and swung her hidden blade at the shadows. An inhuman screech came from the shadowy mass.

Takahisa soon woke up, his condition almost back to normal. He still felt sore, but he had enough strength to sit up on his bed without the pain anymore.

"Well, we'll improvise then," Kaika said as she flicked out her hidden blade and rushed in towards the masses of Shadows,

Takahisa was still asleep, but he started to look like he wasn't in that much pain anymore. For once in his sleep, Takahisa looked peacefully in his sleep.

Just like that, the shadowy masses coming out of this man practically devoured the man whole, the Shadow Essence becoming unstable. In time, Kaika burst out of the floor, and landed next to Eren. "So...that's the Shadow Essence..." Kaika said, wiping the blood off of her hidden blade. She probably got into a fight with all of the workers in this nightclub, which explains the gunshots from earlier had died down.

Takahisa then fell asleep, but didn't have any nightmares this time...

Just as Eren hesitated with the kill, physical shadows began to pry out from his body, one of them a mass of shadows was hurling towards Eren.

Takahisa gave a weak smile to Armin as he left the room.

[Saito & Aege, Somewhere high in the sky]

Upon seeing Neo Metal Sonic, Saito was quite intimidated by the appearance, but something about the robot's response actually ticked off the yellow Kirby. "We just need help, and this is what you want to say..." Saito said, for once actually annoyed,"Then take this!!!" Wildly, Saito began to swing his arms multiple times towards Metal Sonic, creating numerous wind blasts that almost made it to supersonic speeds. While Saito was busy with that, it was only now that he realized that Aege had just been missing. "Er...Aege?" he said as he was basically throwing wind blasts at Metal Sonic.

Right before Saito started to attack Metal Sonic, Aege managed to stop time for just a bit. "You're an idiot Saito...looks like I have to help you out of this one too..." Aege groaned as he got himself above the robotic Sonic and got ready as he was falling towards Neo Metal Sonic. From there, time resumed and Aege was just a second away from slamming down onto the robot.
