I welcome you, my dear guests, to this lonely mansion of Rokkenjima. Please accept my hospitality in allowing you to take shelter from the dreadful typhoon outside. There is no need for boredom, I will keep you all entertained, if you're willing to play along that is. But first, please put yourself at ease. There is nothing too difficult to think about. Accept entirely, silently, the events to happen. That is all that is asked of you. Being well rested, have you managed to think carefully about your next move? I expect great things of you, from the opening on; in this wager, put in all your spirit. I look forward to your next move. Please, enjoy my game to your heart's content. You will catch on to it's premise in little time from the time you read this. May we meet again after the seagulls cry.

~The Golden Witch Beatrice

Little do these guests know that they were thrown into a death game. Within their own, there are few in them that wish to kill off everyone, one by one.

-----
What to Expect...
'cus I might change things later or feel like I need to explain this now...
• The killers, or traitors, are the ones that will be working together to eliminate everyone else in the group. They will collaborate in secret and PM me (& co-GM) on who they will kill and how they will be killed. They can only kill once each round, and must NOT reveal their role to anyone else at all. Traitors can also be unreliable narrators, so don't make a goof when writing out your character's thoughts. There will be three total traitors

  •
The detectives are the ones that will be working to find clues throughout the game to catch the traitors. They will give in their Truths via PM to me (& co-GM) for that to be anonymously displayed to the other characters. They cannot reveal their role to anyone else at all. There will be two total of detectives.
(note: The Truths are the Red Truth and Blue Truth in Umineko. The Red Truth is the absolute truth, and when said, there are no lies in the said words in red. The Blue Truth is the possible theory based on evidence, knowledge, and the said Red Truths, but if false, it is nullified. If true or possible, the Blue Truth is said to be possible.)[/*]
  • Everyone else are survivors, or "guests," and no one knows who is a traitor, detective, or survivor(except for the actual traitors & detectives), and every round after someone is killed by the traitors, there will be a vote to execute a possible traitor. You MUST vote each round, or you automatically get your vote placed onto yourself. If you have a reason to be gone, notify me (& co-GM) in the OOC or PM me (& co-GM) about it.

  • If your character is killed for whatever reason, they are sent into the afterlife portion of the game, which takes place in the Corpse Party universe. There will be clues there as to who is traitor or not (if you are innocent) or if there is a way out. Though ,the way out and to be revived back into the game is a rare chance...

  •
For those that don't know how the rounds would work:
• Round BEGINS

  • Interaction Among Characters

  • Traitors Commit A Murder

  • Interaction/Investigate Scene

  • Voting Session

  • Round ENDS w/ Execution of Character will most votes

  • Rinse and Repeat until all Traitors are executed or all Survivors are dead.

This is a new idea I'm going to try out, and I hope this gets interest because I actually did put a lot of effort into thinking this all through. Especially with the Umineko and Corpse Party elements.
I'm so sorry guys for the sudden absence. IRL is being a bitch, and I have a feeling that at this point, I may have to consider stepping down from the GM spot for this one. :(
This wasn't helping at all... While she was expecting her friend to be panicking like more than half of the group, Julie didn't like how apparently her friend couldn't actually...well, talk. Oh right, none of the LoZ characters could really "talk," but still had voices in-game. Before she could try to bring ease to her friend, things take an abrupt turn as for some reason some cops happened to overhear the panic, and more importantly the mentioning that someone was "dead." The catch was, from what Julie understood, Sarah was technically still "alive," it's just that it would take awhile until she would be "dead" for real. That was if the case was that they were slowly transforming to whoever they cosplayed as. Without having to do much in the situation, the dire situation is shifted around a bit as one of them, Gwen, happened to get the "cop problem" settled, but it was becoming apparent that the whole dilemma was worsening. They had to get moving, was the general idea for the group at this point.

"I-I..." Julie wasn't sure on what to say. It all went from a great first convention experience to a dramatic and hyperrealistic nightmare turned to a reality. In her head, she just wanted all of this to end, to some stupid dream that she'll wake up from and that it would be a laugh for the others to hear. Sadly that wasn't going to happen because it was all too real to be a dream. When things couldn't get any creepier with this experience, Julie thought wrong.

All at the same time, everybody's cell phones (assuming that everyone had a cell phone here) began to go off, as if someone were leaving a text message. However, this wasn't by someone they knew and it was too well timed with this event to be a simple coincidental text message. Heck, by looking at the sender info of this message, there was no phone number to see, or a way to respond to this message. It was almost chilling as to how this mysterious sender had gotten all of their phone numbers and why it was timed around when people were starting to realize the strange situation they were thrown in. The message itself was vague...but it read:

Hidden Underground. 4:00pm. 1 Week and ticking

"What the...?" Julie still couldn't think that well at the moment to be talking that much, but she was rather puzzled by the text message she received, and by how everyone present had gotten it.
"Sounds like you got someone keeping an eye on you," Eva commented, giving off the impression that he knew nothing of this "mysterious" sender of the scroll. The same could be said about Virgilia, but she was silent. Even for her, she had no idea who could had sent the scroll's message in the first place. It was even tricky to interpret this as advice or a warning to Sora, and it was hard to think it out for Virgilia.

"I think that sums up Witches abut more...but I'm kinda confused too..." Maria scratched the back of her head as soon as he concluded the reading of the message.
For a moment, Riku gave one last look around for anything hidden really well in this dream, and then dived out right after Mickey. Once they would dive out, Kaika was still asleep, but seemed more soundly and peaceful than earlier.

"I-Is Kaika going to be okay?" Sota asked as soon as he saw them return from diving into her nightmare.
I kinda agree with the whole "sudden plot change" thing, but my next post is going to get things moving anyways. It's just that I haven't been getting much time to think it out due to irl problems. So warning in advance if I don't post right away. ><
Great, this was fucking great. Julie knew exactly what she was becoming, an Umbra Witch. She didn't know if any of that stuff in the game would apply to real life, but if it did, she would be dragged straight down to hell if she died while as Bayonetta. And if that were the case...she were to be targeted constantly by angels that want her dead... She didn't want to think about that too much, shaking her head at the thought of it. She really wanted to freak out more, but she tried to keep herself together for the sake of the others. "I-If this is...really happening...there has to be a reason for it...a cause..." she included, thinking that there has to be a way to solve this problem, and then they wouldn't have to talk about it ever again... Seeing them try to get Sarah to wake up, it instantly gave away to Julie that her best friend hasn't woke up yet.

"Hey, MarMar...it's time to wakey wakey," she tried to regain her composure as she tried to shake her friend awake. Even in her whole panic still settling in, Julie could tell that Mari's costume seemed too real. The materials of the outfit seemed legit, her hair was now a natural blonde...and even Mari's ears were now pointy like an elf's...or like Zelda.
Again, sorry for the unexpected silence from me, I'm having a hard time finding times to get on when Thanksgiving is coming up. ><"
Well, it looks like we're assuming that majority of the characters are at a single hotel room (which is David's, aka ZeroFighter's character), but if you want to be the character that meets up with whoever from the main group decides to go out to get food, then that's fine by me. :3
Heavily inhaling and exhaling as if she were trying to recover from her shock, Julie clearly did not like where this was going. It was one thing to now that there were certain changes to her own body, such as her body structure, her eyes, her hair, and even her own voice. Then there's hearing that the others were experiencing these things as well, such as Tyler saying that his body felt pretty much like metal. It wasn't right at all, there had to be a reason for it, but yet she couldn't think properly at the same time. This whole situation reminded her for some old movie where people had a whole "body switch," except this was with the cosplays that they had. Overall...it just didn't make any sense that this was happening, and panicking any more wouldn't solve anything at all. After calming herself down a bit, Julie stood up, taking a bit to readjust herself to her new height (she's at least 3 inches taller) and that her legs had "fallen asleep" during her whole freak-out moments earlier.

"...I...I-I don't know on what to think about this..." Julie only managed to say this, given that the very fact she had just calmed down from her panic attack earlier. Glancing around, she noticed that some of the others were still asleep, including her best bed Mari. Oh...it makes the Bayonetta-teen worry if her friend was affected this strange phenomenon too. For now before she thought of anything else, she felt her stomach growl a bit, despite all of the stuff she ate the night before.

"Maybe I need something to eat...I am kinda over-reacting too much...aren't I?" Julie said, hints of the British accent still in her voice even if it were not intentional.
