Crossover: A new world

In her own quarters, the Knowledge of Kami, or basically known as Madeline, was writing in a journal, despite that her memory was almost endless. Her handwriting would surely never be translated by anyone as it was written in the cryptic "astral" language, a language that only Omnipotent shards would know. She knew of the brief meeting that the council had without being there, but continued with her writing until something came up.

Her reason for being in the Shadow of the Universe, because even with the Knowledge that she has, Madeline is sure enough that when Kami is fully created once more, Kami would wish for the world to be controlled by it only.

Weapons/Tools: Being the half of "Kami" that has more of the "omnipotent" traits, Madeline is able to manipulate the "Seven Holy Lances of Light," and are considered her ultimate judgment tools.
Skills: As she is known to be the "Knowledge of Kami," Madeline is formidable with the greatest amounts of knowledge, as well as being gifted with perfected photographic memory. It is not easy to fool Madeline, and it is not easy to detect if Madeline is up to something or not.
Abilities: Along with her knowledgeable abilities, Madeline is the more "dominant" shard of Kami, allowing her to have more access to her judgment magic. This ranges from angelic attacks to purifying attacks.

Other: Madeline, despite being a very emotionless person due to only being filled with Kami's knowledge and not emotions, seems to have a strange liking for cherries.

Weapons/Tools: Natalie always carries with her a butterfly knife that she was given the day she "escaped."
Skills: Natalie doesn't seem to be that intelligent compared to her other shard half Madeline, but her variety of emotions allows her to fully understand situations at hand and how to act at times. After what she considers to be her "early hell," Natalie is a struggling survivalist when it comes to make a living for herself.
Abilities: Natalie has no access to her own Judgment abilities that Madeline has, but whatever emotion she displays fully can somehow interfere with nearby others' emotions, making them have the same emotion as she does. This is all involuntary as she has no knowledge of those abilities what-so-ever.
Member of shadow of the Universe?: No
Other: As she doesn't have the Knowledge of Kami to understand her strange non-aging or the inability to die when she attempted many times on suicide, Natalie is unaware that she is really a part of an Omnipotent being and believes herself to be a human.

Race: Human (er, not going with that android assumption until that's properly revealed to be)
Personality: Penny can sometimes over-react to very trivial things, such as becoming someone's friend. Her mannerisms are almost like a robot's, like her tone of voice, her body movements, and her overall personality. This is the result of being a "sheltered" girl, as a mysterious man (not revealed in RWBY) told her to not wander off like that after the events at the port.
Appearance:

Country of Origin: Vale
Powers/Abilities: Penny appears to be very agile, and her jumping ability seems to be above average as seen in her fight in episode 16.
Weapons/Items: Penny's weapon of choice is her swords, which seem to be controlled from very thin wires to the point where it seems like she is using telekinesis to control the swords's movements without holding the swords herself. The durability of her weapons isn't something to overlook, as Penny managed to embed her blades into a leaving airship, and was able to pull the ship down to the ground with the help of the blades' wires. The blades also have an energy capability, able to form a beam from all of her blades.
Other: Penny is combat ready!

So the Rebellion characters all start in Mutatio while all the Legion characters all start in Imperium. That includes the Overseers, but my GM character, "Knowledge of Kami," would take care of that problem once the briefing is done.

If the other characters would refer to the rebellion leader before you would actually post. It wouldn't really be fun to have the leader absent for this.
