Well anyway, seeing as we haven't gotten any check-in from Lancer since declaring the check-in, here's my tentative app for said class. If they return, then I'll give this up and we'll be back to George.

Personality: Created as an autonomous weapon so originally only viewed self as a weapon to be used. Finds worth in being Gilgamesh's friend but believes it should remove that mar on its king.

Magic Resistance: C plus

Grants protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether.

Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals. All incomplete spells that rely on prana are absorbed.

Personal Skills:

Presence Detection: A plus

The ability to detect other Servants and local mana sources.

Called an ability of the highest class, Lancer is capable of detecting anything from other Servants to water sources, covering more than ten kilometers. Compounded onto this it is able to analyses the structure of whatever presence it has detected and create a blueprint. The analysis ability works for anything including existences of and beyond Divine Constructs like itself. This does not work like a Master's clairvoyance a Servant's parameters can never be found out.

Animal Dialogue: A minus

Communication of intention with animals that don't speak a "language of words."

While Lancer can converse with any type of animal, they feel that there is a "wrongness," about it. Merely a guest, Lancer can no longer become part of the flock, pack, or murder.

Shapeshift: EX

Both borrowing bodies and appearance change.

Because of it's Noble Phantasm Lancer is able to shape it's body in anything; literally, spiritually, conceptually, even mentally. An exact replica can be made, or partial adoptions to replicate specific functions of different things. This serves it purpose as the automated weapon of Uruk.

Puppet of the Gods: A

Not unlike the skill Divinity. This is a skill given to those who are made of Divine Spirits, and given their blood, but have no aptitude of Divine Spirits themselves. In that respect it is given to those who cannot escape the Divine Spirits who hold their chains.

Divinity is considered B rank, however it is unable to defy it's fate. Luck is kept at a constant E rank.

Description: It is said that if there is a Heroic Spirit of the Common Era, it would be the gun, the ultimate weapon of modern times. However, the gun can never become a Heroic Spirit as does not have a soul.

Lancer is that application.

The tool that was "Uruk's Greatest Weapon," gained a soul through the knowledge of its name, and thereby gained qualification as a Heroic Spirit, thereby it goes without saying that if Lancer is indeed a weapon, then its Noble Phantasm cannot be anything other than itself, a divine construct. Made from the mud of the gods, ether clumps, it is an unlimited prana conductor capable of storing unlimited amount of prana. One could say that it is a lightning rod for prana. Not only that, created by the gods as a puppet to subdue the tyrant king and due to its nature as a cluster of ether clumps Lancer recieves the ability Shapeshift EX. However because of this constitution, Lancer cannot be healed by conventional means. Ether Clumps need to be applied to it's body. It does not need organs and therefore, does not have nodes to its spiritual core.

Eh, honestly I don't see a ton of issue with overpoweredness. Parameters honestly don't mean that much when all's said and done. I do think what I said able should be addressed, though.

It's just a standard OP character. There are exploits. A few Servants in this war could have a good fight with him.

Anyhow, if Seibah/Ransah haven't checked in by now, given the time they've had to do so I'd figure people should be allowed to start working on their replacements if they OH DESIIIIIIIIIIIRE so desire, though we might wanna PM them to check first.

I won't get into the same argument as the others, but I will say:

Independent Action- A++ (Having survived on water along for 30 years, and "spiritual energy" for 10, he can naturally regenerate Prana at a rate equivalent to that of a connection to a strong Master. However, a Master gives a greater Prana reserve for use)

Discernment of the Poor- A+ (As the person who will ultimately banish lies, he can see through illusions and the lies of virtually any being)

Guardian Knight- A+ (Due to being the ultimate Savior of humanity, this allows him absolute defensive power when defending one who places their absolute faith in him)

IA A++ doesn't really make sense, seeing as gaining a corporeal body and literally becoming anchored to the world gives you A+. Also, IA isn't just prana regen, it's having an anchor to the world.

DotP probably doesn't need that modifier seeing as A rank sees through all deception anyway, but it's up to you.

Also Guardian Knight boosts END when protecting something, not defense, especially seeing as we don't really have an AC scale or anything.

Weapon(s): 120 A Rank Topaz Gems

If we say these are equivalent to Rin's jewels, that's 1,200,000,000 yen ($11,716,800). Then consider that Rin, saving up all her prana up to fifth Heaven's Feel, had 20, and you have six times that despite being a decade older. Maybe say some (a lot) were passed down the family or somesuch thing, inno.

Super Kai Men Bajiquan- A form of martial art heavily enhanced through use of Prana. Able to fight Dead Apostles.
Breathing and Walking- Refinement of strength and miraculous abilities through utilization of mana from the planet directly. Refinement of this ability has left him with the strength of a Dead Apostle and able to punch with the force of a sniper bullet.

Hero Kotomine, who has Super Kai Men Bajiquan, being aided by two command seals (so like over 3000 units of prana directed to power) is equal to a Dead Apostle in fighting. So...yeah...

What Tatsua's saying is that a Servant needs some historical/mythological grounding, they can't be entirely OCs. EMIYA was eligible because of Counter Guardian shenanigans, Rin's pendant, and things of that nature. Fake Assassin has a historical basis but never actually existed, so the Grail searched through the Akashic Record for a wraith most similar to the legend of Sasaki Kojiro and summoned that wraith, which only ever happened because he didn't have a real summoning. The point is that both EMIYA and Not!Kojiro had justifications for being summoned as Servants, completely "original" Servants don't work in the same way. They need to have existed historically or in legend, rather than being some legend you made up.

Also Mjolnir doesn't work as his NP for a couple other reasons, but that comes secondary.

She holds no interest in reaching the Root due to her already established connection, so such a thing would have been boring.

Biography: Manaka was a child born and raised to take the Grail. While her father thought he was guiding her towards a bridge to the Root that they had failed to attain for a thousand years and yearned for for a thousand years more, she had a different plan for it.

She believed such an outcome was boring, as she had already been connected to the Root since birth, so she instead decided to use it for its real purpose of raising the Beast rather than silly stories about granting wishes.
