We can't know that. It was a lower leg fracture, and it wasn't his knee. So he won't have micro fracture knee surgery like Amare Stoudemire had. Amare might not have been the same player after that surgery but he still played on a VERY high level for a while until recently.
And bones have a habit of healing well, and even coming back stronger. So, I'm thinking Paul George will be alright. This isn't the same injury that Shaun Livingston had who injured every part of his knee.

How is it a drop 'kick' if you used your elbow. Tsk tsk tsk.
The speed of my kick was so fast that my elbow melded into my leg for a split second as it hit you in the face.
Also, I'm planning a post to put Jake in the mix with Knox and Angel. Minato will probably be involved in that as well. Some drama up in this place is bout to explode I'm thinking. But, I'll wait for Yoshi's next D.J. post before I do that.
