Name:

Kaden Reid

Age:

17

Appearance:

Human Form:

Werewolf Form:

Gender:

Male

Sexuality:

Straight

Crush:

"I get hot for girls, there ain't nothin' more to it than that. Crush implies more but more don't exist."

Personality:

The kind of guy who would miss his girlfriend's (if he had one) birthday party recovering from a devastating hangover. He's considered the bad guy. No control of his life. Kaden suffers from his absolute human desires. He just does things because he wants to, regardless of the consequences and how they catch up to him. Adventurous, daring. Hot tempered. A bit of an enigmatic asshole.

Bio:

Red Lake has been the home of Kaden for far too long. A purgatory of the same people, every day, every year, doing the same things over and over gain. Having aspirations of college, but most likely ending up exactly like their parents living in some other small town in the country just like Red Lake. Only to recreate the cycle of this ridiculous existence. Just how Kaden feels. Though most likely in a lot less words (and less big words).

Born and raised in Red Lake. Mother long gone? Check. Multiple different women appearing and disappearing from his father's home? Check. Abusive, alcoholic father? Check. All the ingredients for one messed up kid. Although, he didn't turn out as terrible as he could have. Escapes through drugs and alcohol have provided a means for Kaden to step away from the life he wishes never happened.

The guy with lady-killing eyes and a football player's body. In school he plays safety. When asked why he plays football, the answer comes simple. "I want to hurt people." Some deeper psychological meaning and trauma buried underneath there? That's for someone else to figure out. But, one thing can be said about him. Kaden knows how to party and mixes in with a crowd. Often getting invited to places for his certain charms, and even inviting several school kids to events that their parents would not approve of at all.

A man with no clear motivations. No aspirations. On the run from his demons.

Misc Info:

He's poor. He loves to read, but he can't afford many books. Fishing is his favorite hobby. As a little kid he once got up in grade school and started walking to the door. The teacher asked him where he was going and little Kaden replied "I'm going fishin'." And so, Kaden left the elementary school and went fishing.
@Tip Lol. Good. I'll just make sure Anton has breakfast, lunch, and dinner with bowls of regret and plates of guilt and sadness when Fay opens up to her more later.

Question. Does Fay know the entire story of Anton being demoted or just knew that she was demoted?

She knows she was demoted, and knows from comments about her friend having died but not the whole story.
Maybe i'll have her stumble into the bar all covered in blood or something.

That's EXACTLY what this pack needs.
ALRIGHT. I know reading all those posts in the IC might take a little while so here is my TL;DR version!

The Greyville pack has a tradition of going the local pub on the night before the full moon to drink a lot, ease back, relax, have a good time right before being forced to turn by the full moon. So, everyone went there. Fay went to relax. Anton went to drink her sorrows away. Stephen, Nanix, and Carlson were chilling. Mori doesn't like alcohol, but she wants to keep an eye on the pack (especially Fay because she just does not trust her). Ryan is a bartender so he works there, and also watches the pack. But at the same time he's having some boyfriend relationship issues so I believe he is running to his place to lock the door real quick because he has the keys (personally I wonder if boyfriend Mike was lying about the whole situation just so Ryan would come home and have some relationship-time). Avery was bar tending but Calla (the player) has dropped out I believe so we can say she no longer exists or she is just 'there' for now and will disappear by tomorrow (heading to a new city maybe, whatever). Jesse is there to drink and stir trouble because that's what she's best at.

Anton has drank far too much so she's drunk and now crying outside by the garbage dump. Fay has decided to take the matter in her own hands and try to treat Anton with a gentler hand. If force needs to come into it, she will use it. Fay and Jesse have had a bit of a verbal spar, as has Fay and Mori. Carlson wants Stephen not to follow the potential hunters (potential because they heard words from Anthar which suggests they might be hunters planning a werewolf hunt on the full moon).

That story started because Thomas fought but couldn't kill a werewolf and it cut up his arm real bad. He was bleeding out. Then left the bar and passed out. Yvette patched him up, Dmitri went with Yvette to the hospital I believe. Anthar showed up and made a comment about hunting, THUS all the suspicion. Fay stole Thomas' phone and found the plan for a full moon hunt by the captain of the hunter clan. That clan includes Yvette, Anthar, Thomas and James (the leader) I believe. Dmitri is loosely associated but is mostly a freelancing werewolf hunter because he's got mad skillz (with a z). With Thomas' phone, Fay deduced that Yvette, Dmitri, and Anthar potentially know each other at least a little bit. And a full moon hunt is certainly suspicious, so paranoid (rightfully so) Fay believes a hunter clan is in their midsts. But, to successfully have a chance she's trying to do her omega duties to get everyone in the pack at their best mental states otherwise her self-interest (surviving another day) won't be affected.

DEEP BREATH. I think that's all at the moment. OH, and Kalib the other omega is also doing his best to keep everything in order. Like taking the whisky away from Fay. While she's no lightweight and the four shots she took will not make her a mess at all; it was probably an intelligent decision because the drunker she gets, Fay has a tendency towards bloodshed that she has successfully hidden. Kalib is just trying to do his job. As is Carlson. But with this pack of dramatic wolves, it might be very difficult. 'Might'. Hah. It WILL be very difficult.

So if your character is new, she was changed from someone who was NOT this pack of mostly peaceful werewolves. Perhaps she left that pack and came to Greyville. Or you can PM me and I have an alternative reason for which she might have left her previous pack that turned her (I just like discussing story things with EVERYBODY over PM. I'm super PM friendly). Depending on what state your character came from, etc.

I think I covered it all?

EDIT: Olive Bones is also a badass name.
Cool cool! I shall work on a CS. Today or tomorrow. Got an essay to finish!
Wait. I'm interested in this. Already in another werewolf RP at the moment, but I love werewolves too much to just turn away from this. When does the RP start, story wise that is. Is this after people have changed/been bitten?

Just curious. I am close to pulling the trigger and writing up a CS for this. Oh so close.
Is that a hint of the topic?!?!
Fayth Morrow

What, did I become a lightweight all of a sudden? Fay wanted to reach out and snatch the bottle of whisky back from Kalib. But then again, she couldn't quite blame him for thinking she was about to get drunk. No one really knew that Fayth had a rather high tolerance for toxic drinks in her system. Honestly, four quick shots of whisky made her buzzed but it was nothing in the grand scheme. Also, Fay happened to work as a bartender here on some nights. She could deduct it from her paycheck if need be! It quieted the noise of her mind. Helped her focus. But she sacrificed a certain amount of self-control, and the caged animal of rage inside could be released a lot easier. Somewhat of a bad habit when she needed to forget things. The only thing that blew off steam and calmed the blazing fire of her anger was the one thing she wanted to stay away from; fighting. Unfortunately for her, being a warrior amongst werewolf ranks was perhaps her greatest talent.

Sometimes Fay got it, sometimes she didn't. She could be secretive and aggressive when instead she should try to remain as calm as possible. But when her life is on the line with hunters and potential enemy werewolves, it's hard to keep a zen master approach watching a pack completely fall into disarray. So unorganized at times. "None of you would survive more than a few days out of your little bubble here…" Fayth said under her breath. Watching Kalib speak to Carlson. Keeping an eye on Mori who was flirting with a hunter. There was no thought in her mind that said he could just be a deer hunter. Years of abusive experiences taught paranoia. Always thinking of her own safety. No one is who you think they are. Trust is not an option. Fayth understood the reasoning behind Mori's actions, but the omega wanted nothing to do with violence. Blood on her hands became old. Looking in the mirror at the scar on her face. It would never go away. Stains of death never washed away for her. Fay decided then it was time to change how certain functions of this werewolf clan were run. She hopped over the counter and looked right at Jesse.

"Tomorrow at noon. Since you seem to want a rematch so badly, I'll give you one. We'll see if you can entertain me for even five minutes." Fayth took the direct route at Jesse's pride. Feeling there was no way she'd turn down the opportunity for a fight. Though, she made sure to keep her voice down to a whisper. "Just our legs and our fists. No weapons. Not that I'm scared of you holding a baseball bat anyway." This wasn't about pride anymore. Fay wanted to use this as a teaching lesson. To show Jesse just how much she had to learn. If Fayth could motivate Jesse to become a better fighter, the pack could be more well off. If Jesse became less aggressive, that could be a benefit as well. "Meet me in the woods by Grey Lake. You know the spot. You can probably find me by scent if you've learned how to track me successfully yet." Fay pat her on the back as she followed Anton outside.

Fay's ears perked up as she took in all of the sounds of the night. The rustling of the leaves gently blowing from a soft breeze. Water from a nearby lake. Animals talking amongst themselves in the dark. Snaps of twigs, the wind caressing her cheek. Soon her scent picked up what it was looking for. Anton. The omega shot glances around her before running with her unnatural speed. Following Anton to the dump. Fay evaded bins, running with speed and grace. Landing with ease as she jumped over the last set of bins and found Anton against the wall. Crying. Fay trotted over to her, but standing at a safe distance away. Being a somewhat recent member of the pack, and taking charge of omega duties after Anton had been being demoted probably didn't sit well with Anton. For the moment, Fay let silence fill the air between them. Looking at her and then to the sky. Deep breath.

"It's hard to lose a friend." Fayth spoke. "I know the feeling all too well."
