"I said he isn't getting a gun, not yet anyways."
He placed his hand on his own gun, further insinuating his point.
"Now holster your weapon, and do something useful for the team. Take your new car and go collect some real supplies. If as poor of a shot as you can survive the mall, then I'm sure it's empty, and has supplies that we could use. Contribute."
He by no means considered himself a leader of the team, that position was held by Ambrosia and he respected that, but he sure as hell knew that he was higher up the food-chain than Cash, and he also knew that he could outlast him in a shoot-off, if it ever came to that.
Nah it just that you automatically seem to know things that we post in narrative yet somehow it's messed up for us to do the same about something that has a very real chance of being known. You never once said that no-body knew about his son, so I made the assumption that people did.
Now you know how we feel.

"And you clearly know what a kid needs, seeing how well you've done with your own life."
He growled, his fists clenching hard. He was very protective.

He stepped between the two of them, glaring at Cash from behind his vizor.
"The boy doesn't need a gun, meth head."
He growled lowly, he refused to accept the possibility that Sucker would need to kill at such a young age. He was surrounded at all times by capable adults, and he personally made sure he was near the kid at all times. When he was ready to handle a gun, Ved would let him chose one from his personal armory. But until then, the only time he'd willing let him have one was for training.

He looked up at Cash as he walked by, then stood up and followed him to the back of the truck.
"Anything interesting during today's scavenge? Other than another vehicle to collect gas for, not to mention maintain?"
He asked disapprovingly, as another vehicle would only cost more effort to maintain. He wasn't very found of Cash, he was far too impulsive, never thought ahead or what the consequences of his actions were. He seemed very much like the type of man who would quickly turn on someone or a group of people if it benefited him. He also was very clearly an anarchist, and although Ved was one as well, Cash had qualms over his history as a Mercenary on the government's payroll, despite the fact that Cash had no idea what sort of work he did for them, as he kept his work history to himself. He kept a constant eye on Cash, knowing that if anyone where to turn on the group, it would likely be him.

He gave her an affectionate pat on the back, then sat down, leaning against the jeep.

He chuckled softly at her blushing, then reached into the engine, moving parts gently out of the way to and fro, checking to see if anything appeared damaged, after a few minutes he pulled back, turning his head to her.
Everything looks alright to me, want to give it a once over?"
Made a chatroom for us.

He smiled behind his mask, he had known this boy for over a year now, and he'd seen a lot of change happen. He saw the sprouting of chin whiskers and sideburns on him, and he's seen the way he changed and grew. The way he was able to handle all the shit the world had thrown at the boy. And he couldn't be prouder."
"You started becoming a man."
He stated with a chuckle, kicking out the map he had drawn on the ground, than walked to the jeep, picking up a toolbox as he went.
"Anything you could use some help with Yuk?"
He asked, using a nickname he had given her a few months back.
"I know my way around a tank engine, but a jeep can't be much different."
