I actually ask that you learn this through the RP, it makes for a much better roleplaying experience if you actually have to KNOW the character to know about the character.
@Shikaru
Both would, blood is required to flow through a body for it to work, and blood can't flow cold.
Past that, even if Vampires didn't generate heat, they'd have a cold signature, unless they were surrounded by ice that matches the amount of heat (or lack thereof) that the vampire produces exactly. Either way, you would show up on a heat signature, you just might be white and blue instead of red and yellow.

He turned the safety off of his rifle, taking aim at the head of the soldier behind the counter, and crouching low as he set off another smoke-bomb. His Radar flicked on, appearing in the top right corner of his HUD screen, he expanded the mini-map and observed the positions. A few of the soldiers were nearing the 50 meter circle that was set up around the perimeter of the diner on his HUD. He placed his finger just above the trigger, preparing to open fire on the hiding soldier.
"War is no place for a bad liar, Freelancer."
He growled lowly, recognizing the name from a call of duty game.
"Your friends are getting a bit close for comfort, and I'd hate to have to kill this young man to quickly now, wouldn't I."
He stated coyly, crouching with one knee up, his elbow resting on it to provide accuracy. If he pulled this trigger, the man would die in seconds, and Ved knew he was capable of slaughtering a handful of Freelance Soldiers, he had done it before, and that was without the new Exo suit.
Can somebody link me to the Chatzy?

The glass to the diner shattered as a small orb went through the window, landing with a clatter behind the diner's cashier booth. A few seconds latter a loud *BANG* went off, followed by a blinding white light and a pillar of smoke quickly flew throughout the building, creating an extremely dense cloud of smoke, nearly impossible to see through with a naked eye.
"Surrender or die. I have you in my sites."
His deep, robotic voice echoed throughout the near-empty diner, save for the single human shaped heat signature. He kicked the door in, sending it flying to the other side of the building and shattering with a loud crash. His weapon was trained on the heat signature, his finger above the trigger to avoid any unintentional firing. He had a full clip of explosive rounds, and unless whoever was behind that booth complied, they would be shot off, and he doubted that anyone could survive 76 rounds of explosive metal being fired at them so quickly they couldn't be seen by a high speed camera.
"Raise your arms above your head and stand slowly, make a stupid move and 76 explosive rounds will be fired into torso."
He growled, stepping into the building and moving to the side, standing with his back against what he assumed to be a load bearing wall, avoiding the off chance that he would be shot in the back by any approaching soldiers. His radio began to static again and he growled into the reciever. "I have a freelancer Soldier pinned in the Diner, if any Freelancers come more than 50 meters from the building I will fill him with enough explosive rounds to cremate him. Purge are welcome, God be with you."

His radio began to static, tuning into the frequency that North was communicating on, and listened closely, quickly plugging in the GPS coordinates that he heard over the radio. After the transmission ended, his began to move, with the combination of his suit and his own natural speed, he was capable of running just south of forty miles an hour, and he was pushing himself hard, likely falling around the 37 mph range. As his feet moved under him so quickly they were a blur, he unsheathed the rifle he had on his back, The T-A Compedium, a fully automatic weapon with a close-range scope and Armor Piercing rounds. They would deliver a powerful blow if fire point-blank range on a heavily armored portion of the body, and could prove critical if they penetrated a less armored location such as the neck, joints, or visor. He slowed a bit, to balance the newly deposited weight in his arms, scanning everything in his field of vision for the Freelance Operatives.

His attention turned back to the transmission frequency, and after a few moments of thought he decided he would reply to the Soldiers, give them a chance to prepare for his presence. A man, or beast, of God would Never attack an enemy if they weren't aware of his presence, to do so would be cowardly and only weaken the faith of Other's in the Purge's true strength.

"There is no hunt for you. You are merely the prey."
His modified voice growled, echoing within the helmets of the Freelance operatives.
