Hopefully I can figure a way to write about all that aura color stuff, but if it doesn't work out, I kind of have another idea.
Alright, please forgive me if this sucks, which it quite possibly could.
Name: Alice Belkin
Age: 16

(hopefully that link thingy works but that's the first time I've done it so if it doesn't, that would explain why.) (HOLY CRAP YEAH BUDDY I GOT IT XD) (Please excuse my personal victory there XD)
Personality: Quiet and shy, but can be quite sarcastic.
Ability: Sees a persons aura as swirling colors/lights (if there's another technical term for this ability then I don't know it) and a different color corresponds with different auras (if that makes enough sense) (kind of like a mood ring I suppose?)
Bio: Alice was born to a teenage mother who's at-the-time boyfriend (Alice's father) left them as soon as he found out that she was pregnant. Needless to say, it was very difficult on her mother. When Alice was five, she pointed and marveled at "rainbows" swirling around in public, and often painted what she saw. With the difficult money situation and her daughter seeing colors, Alice's mother snapped and shipped her to a mental asylum across the country where she only visited her daughter once a year on her birthday. Alice was sad and confused. She didn't know why her mother would do that. There was nothing wrong in her eyes, so when she was fourteen, she climbed out a window and disappeared, looking for her mother. When Alice was fifteen, almost sixteen, she finally reached the house she spent the first third of her life in, and discovered that it had recently burned down, and that her mother could not be found. Alice was lost and confused after this, wandering the streets alone when the government stopped her and told her about the experiments. ((I'm not sure if running away like that counts as a "criminal" thing so I can always throw something else in there if this doesn't work.))

I'm working on editing the powers and bio into the CS right now. And I noticed that before I did it so I tried to make my person as different as possible so her hair is dyed red and short and choppy instead of long and naturally ginger colored. I could always change it if it becomes a problem.

Hailey pushed herself off the wall and joined the middle group of people, shyly looking down at her feet, seemingly admiring what she was doing with the toe of her Vans (shoes). Her past wasn't very interesting or traumatic, and she wasn't afraid to share some things within reason.
The Roleplayers Guild Convention. First of it's kind. Everyone welcome. I read the sign across the front of the building.
["Everyone welcome?" I questioned. Funny. It didn't seem that way as the grand convention hall loomed up in front of me. I turned around, contemplating whether or not I should turn back but quickly realized that my mother was long gone. I sighed.
No turning back now.
I walked quickly to the entrance, keeping my head down and pulling my bangs farther across my face as I often did when I was feeling shy. Grabbing my name tag labelled with both my Guild name and my real name, I placed it on my shirt where I hoped everyone could see it and asked the front desk woman where everyone was.
"They should be in that room right there." She pointed and I smiled and uttered a quiet 'Thank you'.
Walking into the room that everyone was presumably in, I noticed people sorting themselves out between several rows of chairs. I walked further in and leaned against the wall, listening closely for some sort of instruction. From what I caught, they were sorting themselves by favorite roleplaying genre, but I didn't catch the last bit of instruction about where I was supposed to go.

I don't think I've roleplayed with any of you because, while I was on the old site, I got busy and forgot my password and so now that I'm not busy, I came back to see the site had changed dramatically and have started over with a new account. But whatever. It's good to meet new people anyways. :3

I am a bit on the chubby side but with me being so tall it isn't terribly so. My eyes are brown and sometimes framed by glasses, except I always forget to put them on.
