Yah, as we already have a lycanthrope Khajiit, Rakkas would be redundant. So I'll probably produce Mylis, which'll be fun as she has a rather high sneak with archery, so she's a sniper through and through.
For showin'. I can probably do Mylis or Rakkas as a character (Probably Mylis as we already have two and soon three Khajiit, but none of the Mer races besides Dura), but not Melvis, as she's long since passed the point where she can shrug off Unrelenting Force shouts like they were nothing.
The unarmed Khajiit, Rakkasvar. He's wearing a full set of Warchief armor (Main armor has a HA boost enchant, gauntlets are unarmed damage, boots have a STA boost, head currently unenchanted due to missing the wanted 'chant), the Tribunal Mask Ebony (Haggling boost), Eyepatch (unenchanted, same reason as head), and earrings (also an unarmed boost) all from Immersive Armors. He's also got an unarmed-boostin' ring on him. Dude's a werewolf as well.

Clicky!

I can also do my orc vampire who modeled for Dura, Melvisgarna (Not lore-friendly, I know), and my sneaky git of an Alter archer, Mylis, as well if you chaps and chapettes want.
So I decided to take a screenshot of the Unarmed Khajiit I've been working on, if yah guys want to see him.
Dura let out a low chuckle as she heard's the feline's Noise spell. Bending down to speak to the unusual Khajiit, she looked at the cat, only one amber eye visible through the shadows of the hood and mask, softly glowing with an unnatural light. "The night holds no peril to me. It and I are long acquainted. But you are free to come along, even ride upon my shoulders if you so please. I'll wait by the door for you to get your satchel." The orc vampire rose again, striding towards the door. Once there, she didn't go through instead choosing to lean against the wall by it.
I play on normal and it was a pain as a level 14 character generally doesn't stand much of a chance against Wights.
I've got a sneaky git of an Altmer archer in heavy armor that rushed into Solsteim a little too early, ended up having to make use of a swinging spike wall trap to soften up several Draugr Wights in the mine. THAT was incredibly tricky.
I'm using the Immersive Armors, so I have gloves, a ring, and earrings all enchanted with Fortify Unarmed, and I have the heavy armor perk as well. It's fun beating dragons with mah fists. Once I'm high enough, I'm going to console in the Ring of the Beast since he's a werewolf and not a vampire, and thus will be siding with the Dawnguard.
I'm currently working on a different sort of challenging. Been working on an unarmed Khajit recently. No unarmed mods either. I've been getting creative with traps and stronger foes.
As the magic cat limbed up her shoulder, Dura reached over with her other arm and stroked along her back, running her gloved hand softly through the feline's short fur. She had stories in the past of magic cats, though she never believed them. She looked at the cat, her amber-gold eyes meeting with the cat's. And then she spoke softly in a tone of light amusement. "So what brings you here? Surely you aren't just some inn cat. Are you here for the reason I am, to hunt these dragons that plague Skyrim now?" She wasnt really expecting an answer, so when she finished talking she picked up her mug again, drained the mead, and set it down. Her drink finished, she picked her mask back up and set it back upon her face, a rather good fit, though a rather shady look, to be certain. Ready to go, she bent back down, giving the feline an easy jump to the floor if she chose.
