I was thinking that it's worth setting it up, and can be removed later if one of the characters is rejected and one accepted, that's all. The suggested connection is merely a childhood friendship, after all. I'll keep that in mind, though. Enjoy your holiday! :)

Zombiedude101 - I have a couple of ideas for characters, but one of them is actually a human researcher/academic (the other one I quite like is a volus who would act in a largely mercantile/procurement/organisational role for the group, though I'd need to do research on the lore to see how possible/likely that would be). If I go forward with the academic, would you be interested in making it so our two characters know eachother from childhood or some such?

Ah, seems we've all been struck with the busy bug at the same time! Unfortunate. But, we shall persevere!
My post will be up by the end of tomorrow without a shadow of a doubt. Hasn't happened this weekend as I thought it would, as I ended up not sleeping at all on Thursday night thanks to a friend staying at mine late and having to leave the house at 5am for a train to London, then being at my soon-to-be-uni all day on Friday, and then being ill today and up all night again, unable to sleep.... ugh.
