Mass Effect: Wanted

My apologies for my absence, everybody! I'm on holiday at the moment, and was misled regarding my WiFi access while here. I'm currently in a bar with WiFi, have managed to load the pages so I can catch up on your excellent posts and hopefully add one of my own (a post, that is; its excellency, I'll leave to you all to judge).

Kali would, considering her current nervousness and uncertainty regarding her actions, probably cling to the familiarity of a fellow quarian and the self-verification provided by knowing she is not the only quarian to believe it is right to fight Siame (though, of course, Loral is anything but the typical quarian she'd expect to find!). No matter how independent she may feel from the Flotilla just now and how much she may stick to her own sense of purpose, it's natural to subconsciously favour familiarity when we're scared or uncertain. So it makes sense that she'd want to team up with Loral at the moment.
Furthermore, though they make lack combat experience individually, together Loral and Kali would hopefully be able to hold their own enough to counter any threats - so they wouldn't require a bodyguard, freeing up others to focus on the Siame forces in the hanger.

Kali would definitely be one of the 'pure' techies this early on, considering her lack of real combat experience and uncertainty over this venture. Don't know if she'd need accompaniment though - depends on what job she's doing, and that will depend on what everyone else feels their character would be best doing.

Taken after 1.5 hours sleep and a whole bottle of rum the previous night. While wearing a furry toy snake thing round my neck and buying juice for the traumatised folk back at the house, too. Got some very weird looks, but I reckon people were just jealous of how seductively I was eating that gloriously chocolatey half-a-croissant.
