Emma was so lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice a rather handsome gentleman joining her at the table she sat at. She turned from the fireplace to face him. "Not lonely, just thinking." She said, giving him a smile. She was thankful for the tattered dress she wore and the brown cloak, otherwise people would recognize her as the princess. She knew by now her parents had to have been searching for her, and they had to have posters up of Emma's face, but that was a good thing. The Evil Queen would see and she'd leave her parents alone, and hopefully only come after her, and when she did, Emma would be prepared and ready to fight back.

She laughed when he mentioned the bar being rowdy. "I'm use to it, I grew up in a rowdy environment." She said, which was only half true. Being the daughter of the King and Queen was difficult. She hardly got to see her parents because they were always so busy handling with villager complaints and other royal stuff they had to do. She smiled when he got her a drink. "Well, thank you, but you didn't have too." She said, her eyes burning into his. She noticed one hand missing, replace with a hook. "What happened?" She asked, directing her eyes to the hook.

The barmaid brought them their drinks. Emma have her a 'thank you' nod and took a sip. "I'm Em-, Laura." She said, not wanting to tell him her real name. If anyone found out who she was, she'd be brought back to the castle for sure. "I saw your ship- very nice." She said, sitting back in her chair. She crossed her legs, drink in one hand, the other resting on the table.
Okay! I'll be better once we get to the older ages. I can't RP younger teens anymore xD
Posted. Sorry its a little short. I kinda hit a snag- they won't all be like that- promise!
The rustling came from her right, standing up, Riley brushed off the dirt and loose leaves from her dress and headed to the direction, picking up a sturdy stick as she was doing so. As quietly as she could, she peeked from around a tree and say a boy, burying something. She kept her breathing soft and was trying to not move so she couldn't alert him. She felt something land on her shoulder and looked to see what it was, screaming when she saw a spider. She brushed it off and jumped back, tripping over a root from a tree sticking out of the ground while in the process.

Cursing silently to herself, she got back to her feet. Deciding to build some courage up, she came into the clearing, face to face with the boy. "Um. Hi." She said, feeling a little awkward. She held the stick behind her back with a firm grip, just in case she was wrong about this boy and he turned out to be some sort of serial killer or something. "What are you burying?" She asked, standing on her tip-toes to try and see. It looked like a bag, probably its previous owner was slaughtered by this boy and here she was just hanging out, alone, in the woods with him.

[Sorry its short- hit a snag!]
Replying now! :D
Back in a hour, like she said, Klaus got into Cassie's car. He shot her a strange look when she spoke about strange noises in the trunk. "I knew you were an odd one, but this takes it to another level." He joked, chuckling. He sat back in the seat, looking out the window as they drove. When she spoke again, Klaus looked towards her. "Say that I do trust you... lets pretend, why are you really in New Orleans?" He asked her. "Trust is about honesty, love." He said, staring at her as she drove.

It was no time before she was parking in a lot. When she got out, Klaus followed right behind her. Klaus watched as she moved around to the trunk, and when she took out the vampire with the werewolf venom in his system, he put up his guard, glaring at Cassie. "That is one of Marcel's men." He said, giving her a dangerous look. "You're after Marcel, aren't you?" He asked. They were interrupted when the vampire went after her, being staked. He looked at the man who had done it.

Growling, he followed behind Cassie as the man led them inside.

. . .

"Coward!" She yelled after him as he walked off. She got out of his car herself, slamming the door shut, following his actions. She didn't go after him, but went off in the opposite direction. She stopped when she heard growling coming from around her, it was more then one, sounded like three. She stood still, glancing around. "Who's there?" She called out, and she saw. Three vampires, very hungry vampires, came out into the clearing, their eyes were dark, and they looked dangerous. Panicking, those emotions came back and she couldn't stop them this time.

The sky grew darker, the wind picked up and the trees swayed. This didn't stop the vampires from coming towards her. "No!" She screamed. Branches flew off the trees, one had made contact with one of the vampires, directly in the chest. He was down. The other two stopped in their track, staring at Anya. She was panting, and her nose had started to bleed. The two vampires had left, leaving her alone with the dead vampire. Her emotions subsided and everything had calmed back down. When it was all back to normal, she fell to her knees and crawled to a nearby tree, leaning her back against it, her eyes never leaving the body in front of her.

"I killed someone..." She whispered in a raspy voice. Anya dug her head in her knees and started sobbing.

Anya's ankle started to throb, but she ignored the pain. She tensed up when she sensed someone standing behind her, growling. She closed her eyes, too frightened to turn around, then she heard a familiar voice. She turned to see Damon and relief washed over her, but her gaze turned to the body missing his heart. She stared in horror at what was in front of her, and didn't protest when Damon scooped her up and ran off with her.

She didn't say anything until they were in his car, driving down the highway. "I had it handled myself." She said, looking out the window. She didn't want to tell him where she wanted to go, so she remained silent. "I want you to stop driving." She said, glancing over at him. "I don't want to run, I'm sick of running all the time." She said. "I can make this car stop, Damon. So stop it, or I will." She said. She could feel the emotions coming back, but this time she fought to control them. "Please, Damon. I need to go alone... I need to see my mother..." She said softly, looking down at her hands. The feeling went away and she was calmer now.

. . .

Klaus nodded. He watched as Cassie left. Was what she said true? Could he really trust her? While she was gone, Klaus made a quick call to Elijah to let him in on what Cassie just told him. "Brother, where are you?" Elijah asked, concern in his voice. "I'm with Cassie. You need to have extra eyes on Hayley, and her pack. I'll tell you all about it later, but keep them safe. It looks like we've got visitors who are interested in the head of every supernatural in town- and to get to use they are gathering the strongest witches." Klaus said through gritted teeth. "You mean that girl from last night?" Elijah asked after a couple seconds of silence. "Especially her, and Devina. They are the two strongest in New Orleans. Just watched over Hayley." At the, Klaus hung up.
