**"Duly noted."** Ione answered to Louis' warning, and then sighed, already knowing that something like that would happen to Paige if she continued pestering her. **"I-Ione! Help me...!"** She took her friend ghost using her ability and put her on her shoulder. **"You reap what you sow. Don't complain now, idiot. Anyhow, Louis, take care in the meeting later. It'd be bad if we lost our peacekeeper."** Though she said so in a teasing tone, she was even if a bit worried. She knew Louis was no pushover, but well, things happen. She saw the ruler walk away with her group of lackeys. She then turned to Saoji, with a small smile on her lips. **"Saoji, huh? That's quite a fancy name. No need to be embarrassed when talking to Paige. I can assure you she is there."** Ione poked Paige's cheek as she said that. The ghost waved weakly at Saoji in return, though. **"You'll have to excuse her though, that just now drained her energy."** She then thought a bit on how to best explain the abilities of everyone. It came to her as quite a shock last year too, so it was understandable to have questions. She resolved herself to explain the boy's questions. **"Yes, there are groups of people that use their abilities. In total there are five, six if you want to count us neutrals but we aren't as organized. Each group has a ruler at the top, like Ms. Zero just seconds ago. They all have skills like ours and regarding how to find out..."** She thought about it for a bit and then turned to see the boy again with a playful smile on her face. **"You can just ask them."** She left a long pause for the boy to get his hopes up, just to send those hopes crashing down. **"It is a different story whether they'll tell you or not, though."** She giggles a bit at her own joke. **"Then again, you can always attack them. They'll answer in kind and maybe you'll get a peek at their ability, but appearances can be deceiving."** She was kinda tired of being standing, so she decided this was a good chance for a change of scenery. **"We should continue this talk in the cafeteria. We'll have somewhere to sit."** She said, already making her way to the building.

All right, I posted up a list of NPC characters you may find as your opponents. This is only some of them, though, and you can create your own when making your own plots. Haruna will have some up too (probably) later. Also, the RP will start when Boboclown posts his CS. :P

Personality: A bookworm, with her nose always burrowed in aside a book, and also really lazy. Personality: Very competitive, rude and incapable of cooperating. He believes everything will be all right as long as he is the one doing it. Power: Poison, that's how he describes his power. He can secrete extremely dangerous poison from his whole body, and even turn into a mass made of poison. Color: Very deep green, almost black. ---  Name: Kagetane Kuu Gender: Female Age: 18 Occupation: Model, Idol, Actress Personality: Someone really self centered and haughty. She believes that in the world, no one is more beautiful than her and that even a mirror should be honored to hold her image. Power: Reflection Manipulation, Kuu is able to control the reflections in mirrors and, with a little practice, can also make them real. Not really, as said before, it is only a map that tells you where other Colors are, it has no other functions besides that. It only gives you a position, nothing more, Mirurun likes to play like that. :D

It will be how you are represented in the Color Tracker app, just that. Since many colors repeat, you only know someone is approaching, but you never know who it is, so that makes things interesting. :P

Ah, no, your character is perfectly fine. It's just that with Jelly we first discussed about letting a set amount of people, but we now have decided against it. We are kinda soft when it comes to that. xD

Ah, sorry for just disappearing for a while. Don't post just yet in IC guys! We want all players to at least have their characters written up and ready to go before starting! And QueenBee, accepted! Gonna add you to the cast list in a bit. PlazmaStryke, I'm gonna discuss with Jelly about letting you in, but I'll add you to the OP for now, since I bet he'll let you in too. We were being tight asses before, anyway. ;P

Yeah, all of our characters are all gloomy and dark D: But no matter, I look forward to seeing how they develop over the course of the RP.
