Name: Kat Ingrid Slaine Nickname: True Harpy, Feathers, Hummingbird, Pissed off loli. Age: Unknown, don't ask. Gender: Female Guild: Harpy's Wing Rank: Wizard Saint Personality: Kat is really serious, really, really, REALLY serious. She won't even crack an smile even if you just made the funniest joke in the world. The most her facial expressions can do regarding an smile, or almost any other facial expression, is slightly arching up her mouth from time to time, and she only does that when she is proud of someone or something. Though she can come off as cold sometimes, she is anything but, as she has a motherly aura to her that nobody can deny. She looks out for her chicks and loves them to no end, even if she doesn't let others know through her expressions. Ambitious and with her sights always set high, she won't let anyone stand on her way, not even the pesky ones from Vyper Bolt. Also, her fuse is fairly short and, while she doesn't have a extreme change of mood like many, one can feel her aura growing in intensity the moment she gets mad, and it may even show in her face too when she is upset, her mouth arching down instead, or her eyebrows twitching. However, this attitude may take a 360º turn were she to drink alcohol even in the slightest. She gets drunk extremely quick, and her seriousness is thrown out of the window the moment she gets drunk, and she may let out some of her deepest desires and secrets spill once she is in that state. History: An orphan, Kat found her way to Harpy's Wing while it was still a fairly new guild, but she was received with open arms nonetheless. She saw the 2nd master raise to power and admired her like a hero, however, once she disappeared, the guild was turned upside down. But that might be getting too ahead of things. Kat lived in an orphanatory before it was burnt down and destroyed by a Dark Guild. Fortunately, they weren't after their lives and rather after the money that may or may not have been there at the time. The kids were spared to see another day, but the adults and caretakers weren't. It was obviously harsh for the kids see those who had cared for them drop dead like that, many submitted to despair, but Kat didn't. She lead those kids along with her and tried to get food and other essentials in every town they went through, and they got barely enough to live with. No guild was willing to take so many orphans in with them, but the kids were getting adopted by them one by one for every town they passed, by a guild or otherwise, until only Kat remained. She thought she had done well, that she had spared those kids of a cruel destiny of living in the streets. She felt that she could finally rest in peace in the next town she arrived to. Determined to die, the not-so-little girl sat in a bench, awaiting her end. She passed out. The next moment, she was already under an unknown roof, surrounded by people. She didn't know what had happened. Was she dead? Or maybe she was carried all the way there by someone else? Sonna explained everything to the bewildered Kat, and she soon understood that she was in a magical guild. The people there were really nice to her, in their majority. She soon started learning magic in order to be able to go to missions, and discovered that she actually had an incredibly big talent for it. She was given the S Rank soon enough, and while she was in her early teens. Gifted and with a bright future ahead, she knew that Harpy's Wing would only see brighter days to come. Until Sonna went missing. Just like that, as if she had been sucked into the ground, Sonna was no more. No one knew if she was dead or alive, but panic ensued. Search parties and whatnot were sent out in an effort to find their lost master, but it was effortless. Again, without someone to lead and in the border of despair, Kat took up the mantle of temporary master and led her fellow comrades intot he straight path again. Since Sonna wasn't coming back, Kat was officially named 3rd master of Harpy's Wing. She also received the title of one of the Ten Wizard Saints because of her great magical power, and dedication to her guild. Magic: Maker Magic, Feathers of Oblivion: The first and foremost of her magic talents. Kat can summon several feathers in any area she is in, no matter under what circumstances. She doesn't even need to move her hands, the simple thought of bringing them out will activate her magic. These feathers are dangerous in more than one way. Firstly, they are so sharp they could cut through any kind of metal like a hot knife through butter and secondly, the feathers have different colors, every and each one of them representing a different ailment that may fall upon you were the feathers even able to touch you. She can also move them at will as part of her magic. White: No effect at all. Red: They can burn you real badly were they to touch you. Even if it grazes your arm, it will leave a horrid looking burn on it. Yellow: They paralyze your whole body and you will not be able to move at all. Purple: You will be poisoned, with a poison so mortal it needs to be treated immediately. Kat knows how to treat it, and maybe one of the few people in the world that know how. Blue: They will freeze the part of your body they have touched. Pink: You will become confused and your senses will be altered, and you will barely be able to walk without tripping over your own feet. Air Magic: The second part of her magic, Kat can summon currents of air and bend them at will. What makes this power fearsome is the fact that she can ride the gusts of wind, no matter how fast they are going. This enables her to land hits almost equivalent to having super strength. Other: Kat has developed a magic that is the trademark of the guild, and one that she is thinking of passing down to her succesor once it is time for her to pass on the mantle as the guild master, much like the Fairy Law of Fairy Tail.

Solar System Defense [A Mecha/Sci-Fi Roleplay] (Full)

A comet, huh..? Bound to be interesting, Rock thought. In space, there's nothing certain, after all. The maintenance of his mecha had finished a long time ago, so he wasn't bothered at all right now by little technicalities and was just cleaning its outer plating. He smiled at his work after a while of scrubbing. He stood up and nodded to himself, proud of his work. He saw someone getting a bit spicky with the matters of his mecha and, this time, Rodrigo just shook his head at the prospect. One shouldn't be picky when it comes to maintaining a mecha, it sometimes can save your life. Then again, Rodrigo was one more for teamwork and putting heads togethers than someone who liked working alone on these kinds of things, better safe than sure. He saw a girl, the only girl, walking out of the maintenance room. Welp, if she was done with her own preparations, then he should step it up. He jumped up, towards the cockpit of his mecha and installed himself in it. Schwarzbiss, in his own opinion, his master piece. He couldn't be more happy with the result, and he was even happier to have made some fame for himself and his bodyguard job to be hired for an expedition like this. It was really interesting seeing what the other mechas looked like, and he could also pick up some useful mechanical skills while he was in there. He started setting up his mecha, and the several screens inside it lit up. 'Please, say the password.' A mechanical voice said, coming from the speakers. "Rodrigo Rock Zedler" 'Password accepted. Welcome.' It answered and the main interface started up. Rodrigo smiled adn started fiddling around with the buttons and whatnot of his mecha. "Check status, run a scan for anomalies." A window popped up in the screen. No anomalies to report, it seems. Rodrigo nods again. He started getting comfortable in his seat, ready to take a nap, until.... Did he have to report to a superior that he was ready? Maybe that girl from before knew... Well, they'll search for him if that isn't the case. He sent his seat back and was just about ready for his nap, though the doubt lingered in his mind. It bugged him and bugged him until it was just too much to bear with. He got out of his mecha after shutting it down and went out of the maintenance room, searching for the woman from before. What was her name again?

She tilted her head at Tony's odd request. Kat was already counting on his precense for lunch. She was slightly annoyed that he somehow felt left out at some point, though Kat never intended that. She puffed her cheeks a bit, seeming a lot more childish than before. "Do you need even ask? You are also the first one I've met here. The first alive one, anyway. And thank you." She said, stepping into the cafeteria and hurriedly walking towards one of the desks. She sat on the nearest one she could found and gestured at Tony to hurry it up. "Don't just stand there, you blockhead. Hurry it up." Though her words seemed harsh, she was smiling and playing with her lollipop in her hand.

Gender: Male Rank: Former Dark mage Guild:None at the moment, formerly part of Grimore Heart a long time ago Bio: Magic: Infernal Arms Magic, a magic that summons Demonic weapons and armor, each one holding the spirit of an Infernal Spirit, out of a total of seven. Power of the arm depends on the amount of demonic magic the user possesses, thus only Revan can useit effectively due to him being a half-demon. However, due to having his demonic heart and soul stolen from him, he has less than a quarter of his original amount, making it so he can only summom the first two arms.

Thanks, Renny. Right now I got some HW, so don't expect me to be as active until 1 hour or so, so yeah. Anyhow, I'm just here to relay some info we've been discussing. Firstly, Original Dark guilds in backstory are fine, but they are mostly dead right now. I'll get as to why a bit later now. The year will be X835, and dark guilds have been lowering in number due to a (right now) unknown reason. All right, also, got Harpy's Wing master down, want me to show you guys? :D

Okay... I just want to say for starters that I've been wanting to try and ALFheim RP for a lot of time, but, well, college didn't let me until recently that my schedule has become a bit more leisurely paced, so yeah... Anyhow, I must agree with you in the fact that I think ALFheim has much more lore to part from and a bit more cool system, with the additions they made in SAO II and I wanna throw my interest in. But this raises a question, though, the 'new' NerveGear you talk about here is really the AmuSphere, no? It just got me a bit confused there, so I just wanna clear up that. :P

Ranko watched with a lot of excitement how everyone entered the room, and greeted all of them with an excited, energetic wave. She was known for being cheerful and a bit excitable, but today it was worse than ever before. She just couldn't hide her excitement of having her new teammates be announced there. Though, her excitement went a bit down when someone else, Nayta, mocked her initial greeting. Not because of him mocking her, but because he wasn't as original as Ranko thought she was with her greeting. She looked at the boy and stick out her tongue at him, before turning around with a 'hmph'. Though, when the other Jonin went into the room and handed the other two a paper, Ranko started hearing attentively to the Jonin's, eager to know who her teammates were going to be. It was definitely exciting and a bit nerve wracking. When the Uchiha Jonin stood up, Ranko just wished she was in his team. He seemed like the kind of guy who could teach some really cool moves. Fortunately, the name he pronounced first was hers, and a big smile spread across her face. "Yay, yay!" She started cheering and jumping at that same moment. "Dango! Nagato! Let's get along real well, okay!" The cheerful Ranko said, taking both of the boys hands into her own and smiling widely at them. She then turned to see their Jonin with the same big smile on her face. "And Jerin-sensei! I hope you take good care of us! In return, I'll do my very best!" She said, the big smile in her face still there. "We'll all give it our all, right guys?" The excitable girl adressed her comrades yet again.

I think it wasn't missed, it was just that I was in school and Jelly is currently either sleeping or something of the like. :P Yes, you can join, though I'm not completely sure of whether there's another spot for a DS.... I think Jelly originally said that 3 DS were acceptable? If so, then yes, there is. Lemme go search for the post. ;P Scratch that, there were 7 DS spots available, of which I think only one has been taken. :P (I think someone else also asked for one, should note it down somewhere). Oh, that's right. It wasn't until Tony brought it up that Kat was reminded of her original objective of heading to the cafeteria. "Ah, yes, that'd be perfect, actually. I didn't have the chance to eat anything for breakfast, and I was also searching for it." She followed after Tony, before Lilly flew away saying she'd be back. "What was that about?" She asked Tony, not really expecting an actual answer from him. "Anyhow, we should head to the cafeteria, regardless. Lead the way, Tony." She said, smiling at him.
