So I managed to survive the semester with a third of my sanity left. To my partners: I'll try to respond to everyone in the next week or so!

If I'm ever online during the week, it means that I'm probably procrastinating with something that I shouldn't be procrastinating with.

Bio

Hello there! I'm HiddenBeauty13, HB13, Hibbie, Beauty, Hidden, or whatever nickname you choose to give me. I have been a member of RPG since 2012 (I believe, don't quote me on this. I could be wrong.)

I am a pretty diligent roleplayer but I am very dedicated to my school work and I do take time from RPG to focus on school, especially since I'm a college student. So please do not be alarmed if I'm MIA for a week (or a few weeks or a few months), I'll be back and ready to continue roleplaying with you!

Oruin barely flinched when Flake smacked his hand away and stayed where he was once the male finally sat up. He had kept in mind that Flake might not have been truly sleep in the first place, which was something that he was, too, used to at this point. The inmates that he'd known for a while often pretended to be asleep when he would come and check on them to see if they could get a hit in. Once Oruin had took a few defensive lessons from the prison guards, it was rare that he took a punch from a 'sleeping' inmate.

"I personally cannot mend your bones but I do recommend that you try to lay down and stay still for a while. It will hurt much less if you do. About your lost of blood, all I can truly do is pray that you get more. Now, about rest, I have no control over whether you will close your eyes and actually go to sleep." Oruin responded before looking up at Flake with piecing green eyes. "Do you have anymore concerns about injuries that you may have? I can pray about them too." As he waited for a reply, Oruin began to take out a simple bottle of water and various sized bandages and wraps to clean the smaller wounds with.

On the other side of the room, Raine watched silently from her bed with an unreadable expression. While her eyes looked at them, her mind was busy thinking about the nightmare that she had already had twice in the past twenty four hours. She knew what had caused it the first time but to have it again? Raine figured that, since Flake was in the room, then it wouldn't plague her dreams once more, but that wasn't the case. It bothered her more than she was willing to admit but the assassin managed to keep a straight face.

But, if you think you have an idea that would win me over, then go for it lol
Allura had been busy scrapping off left over food from the plates when Akira began to ask her questions about the night before. She immediately tensed up, though it was not enough to be noticed by Akira, who was still busy cleaning the dishes. "Ah, well, that angel really just reminded me of why I was even sent to Earth." She started, her mind thinking of ways to tell the truth but no the entire truth. After being threatened by that other side of Akira, she did not want to mention anything about it. "Not only that but it told me that my boss is getting impatient and that, if I didn't find you in the next week, then more reinforcements would be sent in...Then I told it that you were actually her son but the angel knew that it wasn't true. In fact, it knew that she had married a demon as well. That is probably the thing that startled the old woman the most, not to mention the initial shock of watching your body be posses by the angel itself." Of course, the old woman had also been there when the demon had threatened to kill her if she told Akira of its existence and that was enough to scare both her and the Allura.

As she finished her statement, Allura scrapped the rest of the left over food from the plate she had in her hand before turning to give it to Akira, glancing down as his hand covered hers. She felt her cheeks warm slightly, much to her surprise, but, as she began to return his smile with a sheepish one of her own, she watched as the his smile morphed into something less pleasant on his face. Huh? A look of confusion crossed the angel's face as he took the plate away from her and turned away, almost as though he was upset with her. Did I...did I do something wrong? "Uh, no. I didn't actually..." Allura mumbled in response then frowned as the room fell into an uncomfortable silence, one that she hadn't experienced with Akira till now. After a while, the angel couldn't take it anymore and gently put the next plate down. "I should probably go and uh, check my staff for cracks or something..." The angel said more to herself than to Akira before leaving the kitchen and heading into the room where she slept the night before, wondering what just happened. However, she was unable to ask him that herself, so instead, she decided to take her mind off of it by using some nearby needle and thread to patch up her clothes that she originally wore when she arrived in the town with Akira; wearing the dress was getting tiresome.
Your post was just fine ^^

Allura was in the middle of finishing off her second plate when Akira asked her a question. Holding up a finger, she swallowed the mouthful of food before smiling at her companion. "Don't worry about me. I'm well enough to get moving today." She responded as cheerfully as she could. In all honesty, she wasn't sure if her body could handle such a journey so quickly after recovering from a major power usage, but she did not want to hinder Akira in any way. However, judging by the look the old woman gave her from across the table, she wasn't buying what Allura had said. The angel began to avoid her gaze and finish the rest of her food until Akira asked her yet another question. What else did they need? There were a few things that she could think of. "Well, I think we may need--" Her sentence was cut short once Akira--no, Volkran spoke to her. It wasn't exactly the fact that it was him, but rather what he said next that made her shiver slightly in her seat.

"Those.... Shadow Hunters, they'll arrive tonight, midnight at the latest, you may wish to be gone by then." He said, making the angel frown slightly. However, her frown soon changed to a look of surprise as he ran his hand along her cheek. Of course she knew that it was Volkran doing this but he still looked like Akira. That fact alone made her cheeks turn a bright pink color and they stayed that way, even after he regained control of his body.

There was a moment of silence before the old woman finally spoke, an intrigued look on her face. "Well that was an interesting exchange...even so, you should probably get a better hold on that demon or he might do something that you'll regret." She said then stood to her feet, her joints popping slightly as she did so. "Now, if what that demon says is true, then we don't have that much time to prepare for your departure." The woman walked over to her front door but before she left, she added onto her previous statement. "I'll be heading out to get supplies now...please don't do anything that will bring attention to the house and definitely don't leave." And with that, she walked out the door, leaving the two still sitting at the table.

Once again, there was a moment of silence until Allura stood from her chair. "Maybe we should wash the dishes for her." She suggested to Akira, smiling slightly down at him. Although she was no longer embarrassed at what had happened before, there was still a light pink to her cheeks. "I mean, it's the least we can do for her since she made us breakfast and all."
"Ah, yes. You may enter now." Hyugi responded and watched as his servants entered. However, they immediately paused once they noticed the vampire standing near the king's bed. "Your highness? Who is that?" One the women asked cautiously as the male servant instinctively reached for the blade that he kept handy for times like this. Sensing their distress, Hyugi held up his hand, signaling for them to stop. "Don't be afraid. This is Kinn, my new doctor. I summo--called for him during the night as I heard that he may have what it takes to heal me. So far, he has shone some proof but it will be a long treatment. With that being said, he will become a guest in our home and I expect for him to be treated just as well as you all treat me." He tone was light but the servants knew that Hyugi was serious about what he'd said.

"Oh...I understand, your highness." The male said with a slight bow as he returned his blade to its original hiding spot. He then turned to Kinn and bowed again. "I apologize for pulling my weapon on you, Doctor. My name is Roy Karp and I will be under your command as well." He then straightened once more and walked over to the king's bed. "King Hyugi, shall we get your bath ready now?" Roy asked and then walked towards the washroom as Hyugi nodded, the two women following shortly afterwards. Their eyes seemed to be glued to the mysterious cloaked figure as they left the main room and their whispers plagued the quiet room. It was only then that Hyugi turned towards his new 'doctor' and spoke. "I hope you don't mind, but you might have to wear different clothing when we're out of the room. It might raise some alarm in the castle if you walk around in that." He suggested, judging by the reaction that he received from his personal servants. If they responded in that way, who knew how the others would? He also had no idea how the vampire who seemed like dislike clothing would respond to his suggestion; Hyugi just hoped that he would at least see where he was coming from, thoughl.
"Hm?" Raine asked, almost forgetting that she had mentioned Oruin's name a few moments before. "Oh, he used to be a really good friend of mine before I had to escape from The Guild." The assassin said with a soft sigh and walked away from Flake so that she could take a seat on the bed opposite from his. The thin mattress sunk slightly beneath her weight and she looked down at her hands before continuing. "I never expected to see him again...especially not here. He works as the prison medic now." She added, summing up all that she assumed Flake needed to know about Oruin. "Now, I would agree that both you, and I, need some rest until he comes." The girl hadn't gotten much sleep between talking with Oruin all night and then being awakened by the sudden appearance of Flake. And with that, she laid down on the bed and turned her back to her cellmate, falling asleep a few minutes later.

Unfortunately, Raine managed to fall back into the same dream she had before. Once again, she was surrounded by darkness, the cold hands of the wind that seemed to crawl all over her skin and was overcome with an overwhelming feeling of loneliness. This time, it seemed as though she would never wake up, making the girl whimper softly in her sleep as she tossed and turned lightly across the bed. This continued on for what may have been hours until a pair of hands began to shake Raine awake. The shaking managed to startle the girl and she immediately punched in the direction that she knew the hands were coming from; when she finally opened her eyes a few moments later she was only slightly surprised to see Oruin kneeling beside her bed, uninjured. "Raine, are you okay?" He asked, his voice filled with concern. "It seemed like you were having a nightmare so I woke you up." Raine simply stared at him for a moment, trying to figure out how he managed to avoid her punch.

Eventually, she decided that it wasn't that important and sat up before running her hand lightly across her face. "No, no. I'm fine." She mumbled and then moved her hand away so she could look at Oruin, who was giving her a face saying that he wasn't buying it. "I'm fine Oriun...seriously." The assassin said more firmly before gesturing over to Flake. "Can you check him though? He got his ass kicked before he got here." Nodding, Oruin stood and walked over to the other side of the cell. As he kneeled beside Flake, he opened his bag and began to take out a few items that he figured would be best to treat his bruises. He also noticed the blood on the floor and figured that he either had a nosebleed or some type of internal bleeding. I'll check for both then. The freckled male thought before reaching over and gently shaking Flake, much like he did Raine. "Excuse me, but do you mind waking up so I can properly treat your wounds?" He called to the sleeping inmate; Oruin also kept in mind that some people became violent when they were suddenly awakened from their sleep like this, so he stayed on the balls of his feet, ready to jump away if Flake decided to lash out at him. He had to learn the hard way and did not want another black eye from simply waking someone up again.
