Short Bio: Scout was born a normal life with a mother, father and older sister. They were happy for a long time until one day they got into an accident. Both her and her sister were severely hurt in the crash. In the hospital, Scout woke up first to see her sister in bandages in a bed next to her. She went into a panic causing the technology in the room to go berserk and consequentially, killing her sister. The hospital planned to keep Scout until the police arrived to make sure she was a mutant but she knew what was going on because she had tapped into every camera in the building. Soon she ran away and for a while she was alone, using her powers to become an infamous thief in London. For a while she was freelance until she founded the Brotherhood to take down the new law. It was Mystique who came to her, saying that it was up to Ky'Isha to recruit and stop the government. It was up to her to find the heir and bring him into the Brother Hood and make him a leader. In doing so, she was given the Brotherhood building which is under cover as a country club that is owned by her adopted "father" and politician, Dallas Bellemonte owner of LIVE WISE. He is pro mutant and provides her with all the money she needs. The building has a housing wing, entertainment wing, pool and sports wing. Underground is the training facility, weapons cache and garage.
