It's the first day of a new year at CGA. New students are either finding their way around or looking for their dorms. Any Half Gem dorm is what their parents left them and will be difficult to remake. A regular or old crystal gem student is getting ready for classes or showing new students around or just wasting time.
Diamond was in the training hall, practicing charge attacks at dummies that her teacher, Pearl, was projecting. Her movements were flawlessly executed despite her attire. If someone was watching at just the right angle they would see the one thing she considered a flaw. Her gem on her eye. It was also her one blind spot. Despite being left handed, she struggled to fight with her right to compensate for her blind spot.

For a moment, Lorelai was confused until she remembered the morning's drama. "Oh, right. Irena's lessons. You plan to teach her after all?" She said, walking towards the exit of the fair grounds.

Personality: She likes to have fun and is sometimes selfish, however she doesn't like to see people get hurt. For the most part, she doesn't use her powers unless she needs some cash.
History: After a dare from her friend, Tara went into a seemingly deserted building in Metropolis only to find that experiments were taking play. Her curiosity lead her deeper and deeper until she was sighted and chased. She ran into an airlock chamber that filled with black gas. It drained and opened and she stumbled out in a daze. When she got outside she found that her limbs were turning to dust so she ended up tripping and falling in the grass.
Apparently it was a Lex-Corp lab that she was in and they found her. They kept her in the facility underground for a few months before she controlled her powers enough to escape. She found out that everyone thought she was dead and she knew that if she stayed in Metropolis any longer they'd find her again. Instead she went to Gotham. Once there she realized she had no way to take care of herself. She didn't like it but she resorted to stealing as a way of making money to get by. Nothing big but just enough.
Other: Her power is similar to teleportation. She can turn into black dust that can move at intense speeds, making it seem as though she teleports. While in dust form she can go through vents and under doors. By turning her lower half into dust, she can fly and she can also, to an extent, only "teleport" certain parts of her body.

Michi leaned back a bit and crossed her legs. "A few robberies, bar fights. B and E. Since I'm older now it's this place or actual jail instead of juvy."

Lorelai smiled softly. "I doubt that I could." She looked up to see that noon had passed. "Perhaps we should head back." she said and stood up, brushing crumbs from her lap and dust from her rear.
Michi looked at his hand and snorted into a chuckle before shaking it. "So old fashioned. Not often you see manners like that 'round here. I'm Michi."
