What kind of world are we creating these magic users in? And what sort of kingdom/country/whatever within that world? Is magic frowned upon? Or are magic users privileged members of the upper classes? Or does that differ, depending upon the specialization? Are humans the only (playable) race?

Also, can different types work together to create special combinations of magic? Like, could an Enchanter and a Necromancer work together to create weapons that harm ghosts or a sarcophagus that turns any corpse placed inside of it into a zombie/vampire/etc.?

I think you might want to flesh out this idea a bit more. Also, you might want to check out some source material that's gone there before. Stuff like Vampire: the Masquerade books, movies like Vampire in Brooklyn, horrorcore hip-hop artists like Gravediggaz or Brotha Lynch Hung, and maybe look up some information on voodoo and settings that utilize that atmosphere like the old Shadowman comics and video games. And remember that, much like pimpin', GMin' ain't easy.
