I've always thought of 1st years being like 16, 2nd years 17 and 3rd 18 but I guess that's not the case, eh?

No one cares (at least I don't) that you decided to name your character and online alias the same as an already established character, and the only one making it a big deal is you. If you want that for your names, be our guest and use it. Oscar just asked why you decided to name your character as such. That's all.

It's probably just best to pick a ward/district you feel is better for your character, don't need to base it on others locations. Most, if not all, is located in tokyo, just different places. Hard to pick an exact place that's near everyone lol.
