I was going to complain when I read "animagus" (because, you know, everyone wants to be one) but his animal is a penguin! Totally unexpected, and awesome.

Bravo to you, Arlear. The bit about the guy looking like a swimsuit model made me cringe, though, honestly... I have a mixed opinion about the sheet overall, but if it's good enough for Vena, you know, whatever. She's da boss.

Alright, I'll have the two sisters, and Max (if you re-post that edited Slytherin version of his sheet that you had up for a bit). Max will have been invited (by Emma, or whomever), and then, when Grant heard about what they were doing, he will have pestered Max into bringing him along, against the wishes of most of the girls.

:) Does that work? It gives Grant a more believable excuse for being there (as Max's friend).

Hmm. Well, I was considering making Veronica Robinson (Emma's older sister) a more permanent member of the cast (doesn't cut down on girls, but whatever). The plan was for her to travel with them into France, but maybe, once they get there, something can happen, and she'll decide to go along with the younger girls (having never completed a real "Pilgrimage" herself)?

Would that be okay? I never even got to introduce her in the first game... :P She's really cool, I promise. Much more savvy than Emma.

Welp, I started a convo with HellOfALife, and included you two, so if he/she isn't interested anymore, or simply doesn't answer, well, yeah.

:) I'm okay with a small group, though. It makes things more... intimate.

It's those little caveats. "Bear in mind that your magic is that of an untrained novice." "If it's just 'bring it to scare Mizzie even more,' then you don't need it."

As valid as those points might be, those are the exact kind of viewpoints that began all of those arguments way back when. That's all I'm saying. It gives your posts just enough of a condescending tone for Zombehs to think "I need to respond", and before you know it, ten pages of pointless arguing.

EDIT: In any case, I'm not helping. I always get too bossy about stuff like this. I'll shut up.

Oh my dear sweet Lord. Selia, that post is giving me Adam Langley flashbacks. Literally his entire character is a guy who has been living in the wilderness for, like, nine years. Having befriended a wolf during that time is not that much of a stretch.

Having a single companion in the form of this wolf doesn't have to be a big deal, no matter his purpose for it being there...

EDIT: I'm sorry for snapping at you, but I really don't want this whole thing to happen again. The reason the "orc with a longbow" argument lasted ten goddamn pages was that Adam just wouldn't let it go, and I don't want "half-orc with a wolf" to be part two. Just let him have the wolf, you know?
