James is already awake. I posted this earlier.
James gave a yawn as he ran a hand through Anya's hair. She looked peaceful, he decided, laying against his chest. Over the pitter patter of the rain, he imagined the soft sound of her breath. Were it not for that and the icy sensation of her form pressed against him, this scene would almost feel normal.
Down below, the knight heard the chatter and clatter of new voices talking to Elric, and their walking about the ruins of the ground floor.
"....They better not wake Anya." he said to himself, shifting his weight.
