Personality: Levi suffers from an inferiority complex and self-loathing, and so he continuously tries to help people and be overly generous, to offset the monster he believes he is. However, the man he currently shares a body with, D'ren, is the exact opposite. D'ren has a superiority complex and is sociopathic, which drastically contrasts to Levi's empathic nature.
Background: Levi McLeod was born to an Irish father and Hebrew mother. He always had a passion for writing, but one day, he discovered that he wasn't a writer after all, but a character in another author's novel (the author is called the Worldweaver). Nearly going insane with the knowledge that nothing he did mattered, he was then transferred into one of the author's other characters' mind. Levi was horrified at the evil mindscape that was D'ren McDonnell, AKA The Infamous. According to the author's imagination, and a video game Levi had played, The Infamous had been a warlord who had reigned in a realm of the underworld for years. To make this feat even more unbelievable, it was learned that D'ren was mortal, a Mick from Cork, Ireland, to make things worse. As their individual backstories and personalities unfold...chaos erupts...because manipulating D'ren from the shadows is Samy'azaii, one of the oldest, original fallen angels. He is currently in another multiverse mission, however, will concurrently be involved in this time line as well, which may cause him to go more insane.
Powers: Empathy (Levi); inability to be harmed or affected, or even notice, dark magic or anything supernaturally evil (Samy'azaii calls it Agnosticism).
Abilities: D'ren's abilities are extensive, being a warlord from hell. Suffice it to say, anything related to combat is his domain (he beat up the Greek god of war Ares, and employed Kratos as one of his military commanders). D'ren is also a superb leader; despite his often cruel tactics and behavior, his ability to rally people to his cause is kind of frightening. It's no wonder he conquered over a hundred realms and universes in the four years he was a "hell-god." In spite of D'ren's sociopathy, he is very keen to perceive motive and intent, especially in humans. This is why resistance movements and uprisings are quickly put down, if they ever happen at all.
Levi's abilities are more mundane; he has had combat training in the US Army, as well as some private security experience. However, his ability to "see the big picture" of a strategy is near perfect. Though he is not a natural leader, Levi makes the perfect second-in-command, or adviser to the leader.
Resistances: Anything occult; Levi was protected by God (the fictional one created by the WorldWeaver, based on the real one) from dark magic; however, D'ren is also protected, but by Samy'azaii. Now that they're together, Levi's protection is gone, but D'ren's resistance to the occult remains. He cannot be physically affected by anything supernaturally dark.
Weaknesses: D'ren's Weaknesses: Women. Pride. Lust. Wrath. Pride. Women of the female persuasion. His own ego. Sociopathy (can't feel any true positive emotions, including remorse). Pride. Certain bits and pieces of humanity that he may like more than others, such as Ireland.
Levi's weaknesses: Feeling like a failure, wanting to matter to people and the world, self-loathing, existentialism, math, distrusts everyone, distrusts himself, women, anger, abandonment complex, empathy (feels others' pain and negative emotions), needs to feel validated, falls in love very quickly, overprotective, overly chivalrous, literally the exact opposite of The Infamous. Addicted to soda.
