Things you should keep in mind about my RP...

1) If you need me to post, PM me. My memory is awful.
2) No matter how much I may love the source material, I will not join an RP if the Interest Check, IC, or OOC has too many posts. I am not reading all of that. If you want me to join, PM me a summary.
3) I won't even read source material in the Interest Check or OOC sections if the IP is, like, super convoluted, long, or snobbishly formatted. Keep that shit IC. Give me clear and concise posts or I'm gone. I dont have all day to sort through your five different fonts and your 17 paragraphs of setup.

John cleared his throat. "Mr. McLeod, is it? I take it this is your first time in the Restaurant? Sorry about that explosion. Most people are surprised the first time, but once you get used to it, it's very nice to look at."

He turned to the elfish girl. "And what's your name, Miss?"

Pulling out an mp3 player and untangling with the earbuds, Yylya answered for both herself and Levi. "I am Yylya, and yes it's our first time here. Please forgive Levi, he is just having an existential crisis. His creator has informed me that he will be ok however."

Levi slowly turned to give Yylya an annoyed scowl. Then he turned back to John. "The end of the universe was quite beautiful. I've read about it in...uh, books."

"Beautiful and sad," Yylya turned to gaze out a massive window, her brows knitted in sorrow, as she listened to her emotional music.

Levi groaned, "It's not real."

She turned to him, upset. "It is to these people. Stop ruining things. Besides, it might happen to your universe too. The WorldWeaver has no qualms about destroying his creations."

"Yeah, yeah. Unless his name is D'ren; died 5 times over the last 15 years... Well, 30 or so years of D'ren's life. Point is, he keeps bringing him back." Then to John, Levi asked, "Can I get a Sundrop?"

Yylya rolled her eyes, but she did not say anything since she knew that Levi's choice of drink was not consciously related to a certain character's author. She propped her elbow on the bar and lazily rested her chin in her palm. She watched the ghost-robot and "Sandra", as well as the gnome or whatever it was.

Suddenly all of the lights in the restaurant dimmed...

Here he comes... Yylya thought to herself.

Levi noticed as well, and made an amendment to his order: "Hey John, can I get a cyanide pill with that Sundrop?"
@Pseudo Stygian
is D'ren approved?
sorry, i meant the posting. :P yeah, i cant really do much without FantasyKitten.
im more concerned about the others who havent been on in like a week :/
im fine with RPing without any OOC talk. i only like vague worldbuilding collaboration, not "hey, my character is gonna do this if your character doesnt say that, and then i can do this when she does that." however, i also prefer to be friends with my fellow RPers. and friends dont really need a whole lot of OOC collaboration to make a story work if they want to tell a good story. and ultimately, thats why im here.

both Yylya and Levi know that i am writing them, but Yylya knows that she was created to not really care about that. Levi knows he was created to slowly go nuts from the knowledge of it, which just makes it all more tragic. hence the novel he is from: The Seven Tragedies of Levi.
@Night_ Stardont think i didnt notice that Erised is "Desire" backwards

EDIT: also, Yylya knows most everything i know, if not everything.
its ok. youre not the only one. there are others who need to post, but real life issues happen. im patient :)
i have hundreds of pre-made characters but i usually just play The Infamous (D'ren), an Irish mortal warlord of hell
Legion is like the 5th best show ever...

well im not really one for butting in between conversations, IC or OOC (except D'ren, he dont care), so since everyone seems to be already talking to someone, my characters will probably continue inner-dialoguing until someone is alone.

as for D'ren's CS and abilities, theres nothing to worry about. he may come into the restaurant intent on destroying or taking over it, but wont actually try to do it, mainly because Levi and the WorldWeaver (and whoever is in charge) wont let him, but also because once he gets there he will probably just try to take a vacation from all the world-conquering. and the backstory is very abridged, ive seen way longer, and more long-winded, backstories for characters that are under a year old OOC. OOCly, this character is 15 years old. and 90% of his life and history i dont even remember. lol so dont worry about remembering it.
*Dagon Cube, named after his mentor, the god Dagon

hmm, interesting regarding their similarities. This could be a very intriguing interaction.

Regarding the non-affects of otherworldly powers, since her powers come from a witch, yes, that is correct. He cannot be harmed by her or you. In fact, any obvious powers such as telekinesis or fireball-hurling dont work at all around him. Samy has supernatural blinders on D'ren, meaning that if D'ren was dropped in a new world where super powers and demons and stuff exists, but he does not know it, he would never find out unless Samy wanted him too. She humorously calls it Agnosticism. However, other powers that are not based on witchcraft or the supernatural, such as abilities that aliens might have due to evolution, would work on him (For example, he had a wraith from Stargate as his bodyguard, who could suck the life out of D'ren if he wanted to, because the wraith was from a sci-fi world, not a supernatural one)
