Magic:
Water/Ice Magic: She is able to control the water in the air, her body, and any water near here(Such as a pond, fountain, etc) Because she can control water, ice was just the next step. She is limited to what water is avalible for her. Because of this, she normally carries a flask/bottle/pouch that is always filled with water in case.

Known Abilities

Healing - She uses her magic to heal someone from a sprained ankle to an upset stomach to a bleeding wound.

Water Whip - a whip-like stream of water that Skye uses as a weapon. Its one of her known abilities that she uses often.

Ice Blade - which makes several ice sword-like shapes appear around the caster, and fly directly towards a target at the cast. The number of blades that can be created depends on the caster's magic. The blades come from all directions making it nearly impossible to dodge all at once.

Frozen Buster - Upgraded version of Ice Blade. The blades now explode on contact rather than just slash at her opponent. When they do explode, it has the possibility of freezing the target in their spot.

Water Dome - A dome made of water will either be placed over her enemy, slowly sucking out the oxygen in the dome causing them to go unconscious, or will be around her to protect her from some attacks.

Water Body - She turns her body into water making most physical and magical attacks harmless. She can only hold this for 10 minutes.

Ice Breaker - creates ices boulders about 2x the size of the caster and its drops 5 seperate boulders in a 20 foot diameter around her.

Aera - while many don't know this lost magic, Skye learned it when she was reading an ancient book she found during a mission. this ability creates a pair of wings that gives her the ability to fly.

Personality:
Skye is a kind girl. She can come off as sassy and standoffish when you first meet her. Although to her its like a test, if you can stand her being like that, than you have earned the right to see her true personality, if you can't, then you don't get to see it, plain as that. Skye is loyal to her guild and guildmates. She doesn't take betrayal well since the disbandment of Pheonix rising. She doesn't believe in killing an opponent just incapacitate her opponents. She can be blunt because of it seen as harsh or mean but she doesn't see the point in sugar-coating things. She does get her feelings hurt and when she does, she normally gives a snarky comment and go to a corner to 'lick her wounds'.
History:
Skye doesn't have a terrible scarring history. She wasn't abused, raped or ignored by her parents. She grew up rather normally with 2 parents, an aunt and uncle that were there at every turn and her 2 siblings. Her parents were kind people who didn't trust mages since it seemed most injuries to civilian were because of mages.When Skye decided to become a mage, it had created a rift between her and her parents. She had decided to become a water/ice mage. One that was capable of healing and offensive magics. Seven years after she decided this, her older sister who was a waitress to one of the cafe's near Fairy Tail had gotten injured, Skye who was visting from Pheonix Rising had been there and healed her sister enough that her parents finally realized that despite magic was mostly used as offensive, it wasn't just offensive. Now, at 19, the rift that appeared when she was 8 is still there with her parents but its not as big as before. It was around the time that she returned from healing her sister that the guild war between Pheonix Rising and Underworld had started. It lasted about a year before Pheonix Rising and the help of another guild(Guardian) that Underworld was defeated and Pheonix Rising Disbanded because they couldn't deal with all the lost of their guild members. When shewas 18, she had joined Fairy Tail and she has been there for a year now. (She was 8 years old when she joined Pheonix Rising, 15 years old when she healed her sister, 17 when Pheonix Rising defeated Underworld and Pheonix Rising was disbanded, 18 when she joined Fairy Tail, and she is now 19)
Class:
She is an high B-class Wizard. While she is fairly new to Fairy Tail, she has been a mage since about 8 years old and joined Pheonix Rising Guild. She has only recently switched guilds when Pheonix Rising disbanded after a hefty loss of members in a guild war with the dark guild Underworld.
