Is it just me or did there used to be way more original RPs on this platform? Seems like nowadays everything is some fandom or pre-established universe RP

I just want to let everyone know I am currently 17 and have been using this platform to RP for about 5 years now, so you may or may not have RPed with a 12 year old at one point and not even known it

Sorry to take off without telling you guys but I am having some pressing issues in real life concerning my job and and some rather pointed ones concerning my family. Hopefully I can come back to roleplaying soon, but for now my entire roleplaying agenda has to be shut down. I fully understand if you wish to leave this roleplay, however if you would like you may play without me. I am giving my roleplayers full creative license to do whatever the fuck they want, as I dont think its fair that you guys have put effort into this roleplay and I will be leaving now. Im really sorry about this my fellow RPers, but hopefully you will understand.
All I know is I really like saying Guillermo Del Torro's name a lot... so thats always a plus.

Kevin Rose was raised and trained by this organization before he went rogue. The agency has not tried to kill him, and does not intend to do so. They want to capture or neutralize him as his X-Chip is one of a kind and valuable.

- Enhanced aim, acrobatics, endurance, strength, and fighting from the X-Chip. He can do things such as running up walls, swerving and dodging, flips, etc.
- The ability to absorb human life force. The power can only be used when a firm grip is on the victim and skin contact has to be made. A noto rmal, weak-willed human being would take around twenty seconds to completely kill the victim in question. However, the more powerful the victim the longer it takes to kill the victim. However, even if he is not succesful in killing the victim it will weaken the victim to varying effects depending on how much life was absorbed. One would have to rest off the effects. This ability does not work on god and diety-like beings.

Okay guys, tomorrow I will be going for a ten day vacation, so interact among yourself for ten days and then I'll be back. Just wanted to alert you guys I will not be here to preside over you so don't do anything stupid. In the lack of my presence you guys as a collective body will decide if someone is breaking the rules. Also, I hope this doesnt ruin the great start we got, but if someone wants to introduce a story arc for while I'm gone PM me. In fact, I'd really appreciate it if someone would do that for me.
