2) I need a cooler way to say "much bigger fireball". Xp It's not like Shiro can do anything close to that magnitude. Right now the boost his cloud chakra gives isn't even noticeable. How much the technique is boosted depends on the amount of cloud chakra that is added to it. My idea was that if another ninja uses X amount of chakra to make, say, a fireball, and if Shiro adds Y amount of cloud chakra, the total power of the new, much larger fireball would be X+Y, or simply the sum total of the chakra used. Theoretically, a Cloud user with enough chakra could take a minuscule amount of a basic nature element chakra and increase its power many times over using the harmonizing aspect of their cloud chakra, but Shiro is a long way from anything like that.
Given that Cloud Release is a Kekkei Tota (Cloud Release : Support :: Dust Release : Blowing shit up with extreme prejudice), I don't know what other sensory ninja would be able to compete for the title of "most skilled sensory ninja in the world", which is why I made them all but extinct, for the same reason the Dust Release is limited to two people in the canon. The Yotsuki are now just boring old "renowned" sensory ninja.
The sensing emotions only goes so far as being able to tell a person's general mood, such as if they are sad or angry or happy. It's full application would be to tell when another person is lying, which is something Shiro would never forgive.
What if the cloud sensory technique was reduced to just general emotions, sensing the presence of individuals and chakra, and recognizing known chakra signatures? It would only work to sense things that are in contact with Shiro's cloud chakra.

4) Harmonize! The word I couldn't think of was harmonize. The special trait of cloud chakra is that it harmonizes with chakra of other natures and harmonizes with the emotions of those it touches. This was really bothering me.

Contagious Emotions, Kumori can feel the emotions of those around him, and often empathizes with those emotions to the point where he feels the same way. This works in reverse as well; anyone who is absorbing his cloud chakra will feel Kumori’s emotions. It can become a really terrible feedback loop when Kumori becomes sad, but most of the time it just puts everyone around him in a good mood. This is actually a sensor-type trait of his Cloud chakra that he is completely unaware of.
Enhancement, jutsu used around Kumori absorb his leaked chakra to have slightly increased power. This is another support application of Cloud chakra that Kumori is completely clueless about. A powerful technique could actually pull cloud chakra right out of Kumori's body, which would be incredibly dangerous for Kumori.
Reaction Speed, Kumori feels an attack the instant before it connects, giving him supernatural reaction speed. This is actually a sensor-type trait of his Cloud chakra that he is unaware of. Because his body is constantly releasing cloud chakra, anything that enters the space around his body is felt in the wisps of Cloud chakra and then by Kumori. The full development of this trait is the most powerful of the Cloud Release sensory jutsu.
Terrible Chakra Control, Kumori has a stupidly difficult time controlling his cloud chakra. For one, it just keeps trying to drift off, and two, no one can tell him how to stop it from drifting off. Seriously, if no one else seems to have this problem, why does it keep happening to him? Kumori is working very hard on this point, probably putting in more time and energy into chakra control than any other ninja in his entire class. The problem is that he's trying to use the clouds like you would one of the basic chakra natures, which isn't how it is meant to be used. Once he has that epiphany moment of how to use the cloud chakra, he should have no trouble from then on.

I'd like to, but there's nothing to post for Muyo at this point.
If we're going to go that into depth in regards to canon and continuity, then the sage's eldest son should have two children, the eldest of the two with Byakugan and the youngest of the two with Sharingan. The Sage's eldest son held both dojutsu as his KG, which separated into the Byakugan KG and Sharingan KG in each of his two children, at the absolute earliest.
That's a really good idea. Just went back and linked all of the canon jutsu for my characters.
