The Lynch Housing program was established in memory of Dr. Edward Lynch, a psychologist who spent most of his life working with troubled and abused young adults. In his will, Dr. Lynch left his homestead to his granddaughter Miranda with the special instruction of making it a live-in boarding school program for young adults struggling to get through high school.

The town is still determining what to put atop the highest point of the city where a vast plot of land remains unclaimed. The mayor of Raycroft township is on the fence about whether the free plot of land will be used to build farmland on the free plot in question or the school for troubled young adults.

Mayor Bartrand voiced his concern that adding such a school may raise the crime rate in the small town, but Miranda Lynch has done her best to appeal to the mayor that the school is the right thing to build. Mayor Bartrand has given Miranda Lynch the go-ahead to test out the small scale facility, and if significant improvement is made, they will be in the running for the full sized school to be built. It will take at least a year to cast a vote for the fate of the land. It's up to the first eight students accepted into the Lynch House to determine the fate of the school.

The Roleplay

The Lynch House holds enough room for eight students. I am looking for about three other people to join in, and if each person makes two characters that would be fantastic. If you only want to control one character, then that opens up another slot for another roleplayer to join in. I am playing two student boys, and Miranda Lynch. As the roleplay goes on, we can incorporate more characters if it seems fitting.

My big goal is to start this roleplay off small, and then make it bigger over time. This may mean a spin-off.

Requirements

What I need from each of you is a character avatar which I recommend using this
one so we can have all the same looking styled characters. Then I need only brief information from each of you: Character's name, age, and birthday. I do want each of your to plan out a backstory for each of your characters, and why they are at the school, but this will not be discussed until you're IN the roleplay. This way we can all react realistically to backstories. I'm trying to keep the students age's between 15-18 as they should be in one of their four years of high school to qualify for this place. 14-15=grade 9 15-16=grade 10 16-17=grade 11 17-18=grade 12

Post and let me know if you want to join, and when you are accepted into the roleplay post your character avatar and basic info and they will be added to the list at the bottom.
