Eeeeeh, poor kitty. Hope he gets better. Welp, should be another two hours or so until I get home, as the ferry doesn't come until 5, and the there's the drive back to the villa. Thinking up portions of the post, and how my char will react to the sudden twist of reality. So, the dropped players are slowly being killed off, right?

Sorry about the wait, been kind of busy today. I should get the bio up once I'm back from dinner. It seems Haru has been off for a day or two. I don't know him personally, so I'm not sure whether he is still attached to the site or not.

Clothes: During a majority of the day, school uniform. When he arrives home, Kaku merely wears his underwear shirt and a pair of jeans.

Name: Kakusareta Shunjun (Kaku for short)

Age: 17

History: Kakusareta Shunjun was born to a lower-middle class family, his mother and father both worked extensively in their fields to assure his education would be secured. At an early age, the boy was not aware of the extraneous work his parents put themselves through, for his sake. They ate breakfast hours before he stirred, almost empty coffee cups and plates covered in bread crumbles sat in their place. Whatever his parents’ line of work was, it was not of his concern, nor was he old enough to care.

The man had mentally broken himself, overworked beyond the brink of repair. All that remained was a shadow of the hardworking individual he used to be. The doctor told Kaku and his mother that he would be permanently hospitalized, as the tumor within his brain had been given more than enough time to form. It was a miracle that the man was still alive. Even at the age of fourteen, Kaku fully acknowledged the cons of this recent development. On a logical standpoint, the amount of income for the Shunjun family had lowered dramatically,only his mother supported the two. Also, a majority of his mother’s cold, hard cash would go to cover hospital expenses. But what angered Kaku the most, was the fact that he could do absolutely nothing to improve his current situation. He was at fate’s disposal, a playtoy of its malicious intent. Though his father was stabilized, his days left on this planet were numbered. A few months later, the man had passed. After him he left a widow who was barely ever present, and a child, a cowardly lone wolf.

After the Shunjun family moved to a new area, at the age of seventeen, Kaku transferred to the local school, Hideki High School. A blank slate, unsoiled and pure, unlike his former lifestyle. He found sanctuary within music, audible art which calmed him. During the beginning of the school year, he had made barely any progress with any social encounters. Most of the time they were cut short by a lack of conversation topics, or a class had started in the midst of it. Though he didn’t talk as much, having a few people to back you up wasn’t that bad of an idea. In the end, he decided to join a club, a congregation of people who share the same interests. The only one which caught his eye was the Paranormal and Occult Investigation and Research club.

Personality: Kaku personally finds haven in music, though there are multiple ways to shut out the surrounding world, he finds it the most efficient and enjoyable option. He only places trust in a certain few, a small circle of friends he has managed to congregate, each selected through the overwhelming amount of students. The boy tries to keep his personal life to himself and completely focus on school-related subjects. At times, he tends to let slivers of his past slip through his lips.

Kaku despises the idea of lacking knowledge on a topic or conversation, as it gives those who are more informed than he an edge. He despises surprises and unexpected twists, as he tends to be ill-prepared when the situations dawns on him. His disability to grasp anything at a normal rate angers him, Kaku laments that there is no way to work around such a problem.

All in all, Kaku thinks of himself as the epitome of cowardice, as he never attempts to approach anything head-on, even if it seems like a meager task. In his opinion, his mere presence in the POIR is contradictory. Perhaps the vague ideal that his logical deduction is an asset to the club, something that reassures him. He is subconsciously attached to the club, and his inability to nail down a legitimate reason antagonizes him the bone. Somehow he manages to pull himself through such a boundary, and continue on as a member of the small community.

Quirks: Tends to stray away from others and be surprised easily. His normal blank expression can easily change within a few seconds, as Kaku has a slow reaction time.
