Daytime? Time to go to sleep then. *lol*

Your name looks familiar, by any chance, were you in a HALO RP roughly a year ago? Revolved around the surviving crew of the UNSC Spirit of Fire, which were woken up when they finally arrived at planet Reach?

I do. Ask the GM.Anyone watched the latest episode of SAO2/GGO? :P I just did and it was one of those episodes that give you a lot of background and detail with little-no (in this case no) fighting. Still, I bet episode 12 is gonna be a feckin riot!

Yeah, a time skip would be good.

I'm on episode six or seven of SAO2. Once I'm done with it, I'll read the Underworld Online light novels, which seem to have a good plot.

Post is up. Gonna play some CS:GO and lurk around for a bit. Those who are in the inn, since your chars are currently in their rooms, they'd probably be woken up by the drunks' at the bar.
Varren’s journey through the forest of Yibar lasted roughly another two hours. It’s not like he was covered in the dirt, grime and sweat he would have been in the real world, but the player felt like it. During the trek, he had only encountered another Crowned Goliath, which had rendered an uncommon drop; its horn. It would fetch a good price on the second floor, some merchant or blacksmith would want to use its resources to craft better items. If this was the real world, Yinyues would have to carry a horn half the size of his body, but thanks to the equipment system which most MMORPGs ran off of, it just appeared as a single item in his inventory. He had also poached some ordinary rabbits with his knife-throwing skills, which would hopefully serve as dinner the next day. He was cutting his way through the forest, when he spotted a clearing fifty meters ahead, which must have been his destination. Varren let out a sigh of relief as he jogged into the open space. Within it was a small wooden hut, but there wasn’t a single trace of a player inside of the shack.

He sighed yet again as his screen found itself focusing on a being, attempting to hide itself behind some shrubs. ”Perhaps he’s just foraging whilst waiting for my arrival? He’s probably in a daze for something, I’ll call out to h-” To his dismay, his second theory was confirmed by a faint humming sound. It was a sword skill activating, perhaps the player was trying to be stealthy, but his plans were thwarted by Varren’s high awareness and perception levels. He grimaced as he readied his sword, moments before the figure bursted out of the shrubbery, lead by a dagger giving off a bright yellow light. Though, Yinyues wasn’t surprised by the skill, but its user. The player was only a mere kid, he estimated that he was roughly twelve or thirteen. It was a miracle the boy was able to survive so long in the death game. He was wearing a green cloak and had shortly trimmed black hair. Varren instantly saw the trajectory of the skill; it was a basic charging ability, but because of its user’s low level, he was unable to change the course of the blade. Yinyues easily sidestepped to the left, the boy was almost past him until he activated a skill of his own.

«Flat Edge»

Varren’s estoc gave off a cyanic light, letting the skill guide him, he slammed the wider side of his sword into the boy, sending him flying a few meters. The skill was used to taunt monsters, or disable their guard before a switch was activated. To other players, it simply stunned them and dealt only minor damage. At this point, the boy lay on the ground in a heap of tears and denial. Yinyues’ breath was moderate, as it wasn’t that hard of a task, but he felt a slight sense of guilt. ”Damn it Varren. Damn you and your good heart.” He thought to himself as he initiated a trade request with CoMa. The boy unknowingly accepted it, and received three uncooked rabbits. By the time he glanced up to thank the player, Varren was already gone.

Later - Floor 2: Urbas

After trading the horn for a few spools of thread, he chose to make his way to a nearby inn. He glanced at his friends list and realized there were a few individuals residing in the same tavern. They were six levels lower than him, and they sometimes asked for Varren to help them out. As he entered the complex, they instantly greeted him, ”Oi! Varren, join us for a drink! We’re seeing how much ale FeliX can down before the effects make him pass out!” He facepalmed and let out a deep sigh, “My god, there are people trying to slee- wait, how many has FeliX downed so far?” He asked, cocking his head in slight interest. Two of the three looked at each other, whilst the third, FeliX, was chugging down a glass. ”I’d say… four so far?” The individual known as Baron answered with a shrug. This made Varren ponder his next move, though he decided upon his next action in a second, “Bartender. May I have a glass of coffee, along with a room?” The notification popped up on his display, he pressed the accept option and received the to room E-12. “Alright, it’s been a long day. Guess I might as well indulge myself in FeliX’s stupidity.” He joked as he sat down and wrapped his hands around the hot beverage, and took a sip of the bitter liquid. A grin of approval formed on his face, ”Say, Varren. Why do you wear such… real-world-ish clothing? I mean, we get to put on armor, and be knights! That’s amazing, a dream come true! Yet here you are, wearing an ordinary winter sweater, a scarf and cotton gloves.”

Varren thought about the query for a while, sipping from the glass, then turned to his friend, “Well, unlike you, I still have ties to the real world. I fight so I can advance. And I advance so I can get free of this game. Though there isn’t much awaiting me on the other side, there’s still the possibility to do new things.” FeliX sneered and leaned towards Varren, the stench of ale pouring from his mouth. ”Yeah, there are a lot of thing you can do. Like a wom-” Yinyues cut off the comment by shoving the man’s drink into his mouth, then heavily patted him on the back, “Just keep drinking, my senior. Just keep drinking.” Varren intended to go up to his room once this whole charade was over, but he monitored his friends, hoping they wouldn’t wake any of those who were residing upstairs.
Well, Varren has been on floor 14. I'm planning on moving him down to floor two, since there are multiple merchants on the floor who sell threads for cheaper prices. So, interaction is inbound. >.>

Aren't clothes genderlocked? Of course there faces changed into the current body size and shape but the options you chose are still the same. For example the two men that walked up to Silica still were wearing female clothes. But of course if you buy skinny male clothing its fine. Cx

...I never noticed they were still wearing female attire. I could watch the episode just to make sure, there's a chance that they were just wearing low-level armor, which isn't gender specific in some cases.

I'll have my post up tomorrow morning, it's 1 here, so I'm gonna grab some Z's. And hopefully there'll be a cup of espresso awaiting for me in the morning. Anyways, night.
Danny’s lids opened as he came to, letting out a groan of displeasement as the sun pierced his eye. Realizing what time it was, he reluctantly dragged himself out of his bed and began to get dressed. The attire he wore was exactly the same as yesterday, the third year was quite fond of the rare style. He tied the scarf around his neck and let out a yawn, hoping not to wake up any neighboring students. The young man had spent the remainder of the previous day reorganizing the contents of his room and shopping for ingredients. ”I guess I should make an egg sandwich, and brew some coffee. I’m sure one of my friends or acquaintances will need a cup of my amazing masterpieces.” Though Danny was aware that the chances of a random person asking for a cup of coffee were slim, the beverage was a good ice breaker and is praised by many. His attention was drawn towards the flapping of wings, his companion must have heard him and finally woke up as well. The caladrius skimmed its beak in between its feathers, cleansing itself of any impurities. Since the species of bird was renowned for being the embodiment of “purity”, it rarely got dirty or tainted by the dust of the outside world. “Good morning, Eve. Don’t worry, I bought some bird feed. And since you were so helpful yesterday, I’ll throw in some fish with that. Sounds alright?” The bird cooed ecstatically as a response and glided down to the bottom floor, and landed on its seat at the dining table.

Thanks to his notable grades and his former lord’s gifts, Danny resided and recuperated in a two-floor condo. Though it was slightly smaller than the average accommodation, it was enough to suffice Finks’ needs. The first floor consisted of a seating area, dining section and an openly displayed kitchen, with highly maintained modern utilities. The seating area had two beige sofas in place, which surrounded a circular glass table. The dining portion was basically next to the kitchen, a wooden table dyed white, with chairs of the same color scheme, sat in the middle of the floor. One would need to climb up a smell set of stairs to reach the second floor, a supported balcony built on top of the kitchen. There laid Danny’s bed and work desk, on which were multiple official documents and his syllabi. “I’m coming, I’m coming.” He responded to the bird’s eccentric chirps, descending down the steps. After assembling his cooking tools, he quickly cracked two eggs, readied the coffee pot, and poured the bird’s feeding all within the span of a few seconds. Finks grabbed some fish from an insulated bag and lightly placed them on top of the pellets, then set the bowl out in front of the avian. He let the eggs sit for a couple of minutes, then flipped them. After ten minutes had passed by, his breakfast was all ready for consumption. As Danny took bites out of the sandwich, he wasn’t completely awake. Tiredness still had a grip on his soul, pleading for him to return to its embrace. ”Damn, it’s going to take at least another cup to really wake me up.” He let out a second yawn and stretched his arms out.

BLINK.

He wiped off a small bit of liquid which had been excreted from his temples, his body automatically shut his lids when something got close to it, as do all human beings. As they reopened, Danny glanced down to his left, even though he hadn’t set out a plate on the side of the table, a person was already sitting there. The individual had an arm resting on the table, which his eye slowly traced up to the shoulder, then the neck, and finally stopped at the face. The woman had long silky black hair which went half-way down her back, and had a relatively thin physique. She was wearing a formal dress, with frills accurately sewn on. Though Danny didn’t focus on any of these details, his eye was ensnared by the woman’s expression. An innocent smile, some of her teeth were showing from behind her lips. Finks memorized the woman, he was frozen in place, unable to think or utter a single word. All he could do was stare out of disbelief, until his eye began to feel dry, his body forced his lids shut.

BLINK.

And just like that, the woman had vanished into thin air. His eye remain glued on her seat before he regained his senses. “Let’s go, Eve.” By this time he was nearly done with his breakfast, and decided to leave the rest for later. He poured coffee into two wooden cups and covered them with lids. Danny made his way out of his room and to the entrance of the dormitory. Taking in a deep breath, he felt the need to say a reassuring phrase aloud, “Well, today starts my third year. I’m sure this will be a productive and enlightening ye-”

”Run! Holy crap, run for your lives… I don’t want to die… I need to go to the bathroom... She's so scary, is she even human?!”

The muffled screams resounded from the other side of the dorm's exit door. ”Or maybe it will start off with the screams of children. Great.” He heard a series of thumps, the boys' cries were suddenly ceased. Danny raised an eyebrow, his curiosity slowly getting the better of him. Danny turned the knob with his elbow and slipped his foot in between the opening. An assault of winds caught him off guard, forcing the door to fly open and his scarf to wave before his face. He slid behind the frame and took cover from the gusts, waiting for them to die down. Finks peaked out of the doorway and running past him. A group of second years laid dazed on the ground, probably forced by the high speed winds. "What the hell happened here?" Danny queried, looking around for any witnesses to the event. He spotted a certain red-haired individual, a senior who was extremely talented. He let out a sigh and approached her with his usual nonchalant expression, “Morning Aoife, need a cup of coffee?” He cocked his head to the side, offering one of the cups to her. In all honesty, it was a hassle to carry both of them; "Do you by any chance know why our dear second years seem as if they just saw Oggie when he's ticked off?"
All caught up on the IC, writing my post now. Just brewed a press of coffee, time to do something productive!

Gah, I have a bit of IC to read up on. Post should be up once I get home.
