The reason why I said 'denied' (do note it's not official, so your character's still accepted Scraggy) is because there just seems to be a cliche aura hanging around the 'training and fighting for entire childhood to become number one' bit of the biography.

Although, looking at Meet the Sniper... he didn't miss a shot. In fact, one of his bullets hit a Heavy AND a Demoman, so... you're probably right on that one.
Just try not to give the assailant an Australian accent if you plan on meeting him again, otherwise it'll be too obvious.
