...You sure there aren't settings you can play with to keep those things from starting up on their own?

Thanks to a Classic Who binge in which I have been skipping around a bit and not watching the episodes entirely in order, the song(s) in my head have all just been multiple versions of this, alternating as they please.

Shhhh… nothing to be afraid of, here.” He spoke, trying his best to calm the two newcomers. “I’m just a, uh, I’m a shapeshifter, see?” He told them as his black wings vanished. “And um, I assume you two are roleplayers? Yeah, that makes sense; if you were characters then you’d probably be better dressed for this desert environment… Anyway! These friends of mine are roleplayers, too,” he gestured to the rest of the group. “And uh, sorry to drop in on you so suddenly. We just had a bit of a run-in with the void – you know, the big stretches of blackness that seem to be taking over the landscape as of late. My bad. So uh… questions?” he grinned awkwardly. "I really don't know how much you two have learned on your own yet."

You know, I've technically never tried deleting it, but I haven't used Skype in months and it hasn't done anything weird or mysterious in that time. It just sits there, so quiet that sometimes I almost forget I have it.

Or at least, that's the case for my own computer. I did uninstall it off a friend's computer, once. No issues there, either. But I admit I never asked why she wanted it gone... hmm...

Plus this is the only spam fiction/comic that I actually read as soon as it updates. Everyone else writes super long chapters that I usually put off reading until like at least the next day when I have a solid chunk of time in which I feel like reading it. And sometimes the chapters I plan to read pile up because of that.

So yeah.

Ok I've never tried to completely remove Skype from my computer but I can at least shut it down when it's running. :/
