Reason behind your username and avatar

My old username was Kagamine cuz I was in the middle of a huge Vocaloid phase back then. A lot of people just called me Kaga, though, which actually managed to spread to my IRL circle of friends, as well. Pretty much all my friends just call me Kaga now, even the ones that don't know the origin of the name.

The Vocaloid thing died down considerably actually a while ago, plus I started thinking the name was kind of unoriginal and dumb. I started preferring 'Kaga' even back on the old Guild, but it was too much of a hassle to change. Rebooting the Guild was a good opportunity, though. Besides, I feel like 'Kaga' has a nice ring to it.

As for the avatar... I just like Trigun. That's all.

I have quite a few ideas floating around my head but fist I would ask a few questions:Would having the setting on another world, with magic and with sentient species other then humans while still being quite similar to one of Earth's historical ages (Ancient, Medieval and so on) be OK?Would a setting set in some historical period (example - Victorian age) on Earth with slightly or significantly altered history at some point in past (example - Medieval age) also work?Would a story which tells about a historical event of our history but with a different outcome (for example Great Britain crushing the American Revolutionaries) be acceptable?Hope I get a reply soon.

Well the alternate world thing is a bit of a stretch, but it would probably be allowed regardless. I mean, so long as it's possible to argue for something fitting a theme/component, we'll let it in. I don't think we've ever turned down an entry for a reason like that. As for the latter two ideas, those are definitely acceptable, as the third component practically encourages it.

“Heh, sounds like a plan to me!” GM grinned, leaping into the air almost anime-style. “Minion geeeet!!” he wailed, bringing the palm of his hand down onto Bellua’s forehead on the descent, then bouncing off of him and landing back on the ground. He’d created a bond, then. Not one that provided direct control, probably not even one that Bellua could detect, but a bond nonetheless. The creature was his – and he knew it.

After that, his eye flickered, and the chains that held Bellua captive disappeared into nothing. “There. You’re free to roam to your heart’s content – or, um, lack thereof, maybe.” He rambled. “Just uh… don’t kill Muse yet, alright? I wanna keep him alive for a while longer.” He told Bellua. “Besides – someday, he’ll be mine to kill.”

I mean, I’m more than happy to carry out my promises, I just need to know what it is I promised in the first place.” He told Bellua, before he heard the rest of what the beast had to say, and an idea struck him. “Wait… you say you wanna hunt him yourself? Is that the new deal?” he asked. Well, wasn’t that fantastic? Either way he’d get the servant he wanted, but if he accepted this new offer, not only would there be less work to do on his part, but he’d even get to watch the chase! Fantastic. “Either way works for me.” he told Bellua. “But if you’d rather be free now and hunt the kid yourself, I can easily arrange for that.” His left eye flickered devilishly in the darkness of the cavern. “So long as you uphold your half of the deal, of course.”
