Michael looked over at Shay and smiled "Well i guess where in this together eh cuz?" He said beginning to laugh, the mention of his sister was a little to much and he didn't even want to say anything but a thank you. He turned to the girl, it was Shae. She seemed to be in a hurry. He then saw the Girl he thought to be Valen. "Your Valen right? The one my dad just mentioned?" He said blushing, he wasnt sure if he was right, this power wasnt one he was all to familiar with yet. At best he got small vibes of peoples life force and how they were feeling.

"That drunk up there" He said pointing to his father who waited boredly for the kids to come around. "About earlier, I- well i wasn't in my right mind you know, i just wanted to apologize. How long have you been here? Cause ive been around for almost two years and ive never seen you." He said to Shay kind of interested in the kid, the way he saw it most of the time the kids from the big there we're snobby and super stuck up. This one seemed different. Suddenly a the fire girl walked up.

Michael passed the girls in front of the Forger's cabin as he heard his Father over the Megaphone. He ran to his cabin and burst through the door getting everyone up and out, as they approached the tree with many a sleepy looking camper he ventured off to find the shadow boy from the beach. "Sorry about the beach man i was just over whelmed, my names Michael by the way, im the leader of Dio. Whats your name?" Michael chuckled because his father was the reason they were all up in the middle of the night like this waiting to here who was chosen, the man could be a handful to say the least.

Michael watched as the campers slowly began to crowed around the tree and he was through with it, it looked to him like he'd have to just wait for one of the others to tell him what happened. Right after he had introduced himself he saw his sister being carried by James, his younger brother. James had never been the brightest or the quickest of us but he always had good in his heart, and at the moment the look in his eyes was one of such despair. Out of all of us James was the only one who had been closer to Harlem then Michael and right now he looked like he hated the world, like nothing in it would be enough any more. A ringing started up in his ear.

Michael couldn't cry, not here. He looked at the girl he had called his sister, one of the first real friends he had come by here, and there she lay dead chest split open. Her cold lifeless eyes stared at him as though even through an endless void she was still looking out. Michael put his hand over his mouth and let out a desperate screech. He looked at the big boy carrying her and he didn't recognize him, then he looked at the people everywhere and he didn't seem to recognize there them either. In his mind every person but her had gruesome masks for faces, the skin stretched and contorted into creepy smiles and frowns. Without a word to the people around him he ran off away from all the madness, away from the bad things that always wanted to hurt us. Don't let them get us Michael! They'll lock us up and throw away the key! They don't care Michael none of them! They wanted her dead!

Michael stopped as he ran out of room to run, and he realized tears where streaming down his face and he was back at the beach. He fell on to his knees and pressed his hands against the ground letting all his energy flow into the sand there, all his sadness. Black tulips bloomed all around him in almost a perfect circle and he sat there staring out into the horizon. His life felt over and he could care less for his rule breaking, for all he cared they could kick him out. He packed the brand new pack of cigarettes and took one out finding the lighter in his left jeans pocket, his hands were shaky as he brought the flame to the tip of the cigarette and fell on his back letting his legs stretch out he looked up at the sky as it grew dark hands still shaking.
