I'm liking him so far, so does he have his own robot that he mainly controls. Would an enemy with cybernetics/robotic parts or even an actual robotic enemy be completely at his mercy? Can he be out-hacked by a computer? Sort of like mind control where some people can block it out? Also, if he could do this, Sanctum would be very cautious about letting him on the team, as he;d be able to access classified information from computer terminals. I think the suit of armor is actually formidable by itself, perhaps Press could have a symbiotic relationship with it, so that only he can use it. Also, Sanctum's program V.I.T.A will provide useful tactical information, so I don't know if Horus' surveillance would be needed. Remember he doesn't actually have to be a titan, he could just be a gifted human prodigy capable of developing a suit for himself.

Also I can PM you the character sheet for the new character, and see if you approve.
Well if you really don't like Alexander than that's fine, you can make a new character. I would say bring in Michelle but we already have a speed character on the team. She could also be a villain or an outside hero, and you could still make a new character, but that's up to you. I actually do enjoy Artist, I was wondering if I could use him for a base to create a new character? If not I completely understand.
Well he'd still be using the notepad in combat for quicker and less potent constructs, He'd only have the large paper for missions where it was planned out, they'd be more potent as he'd have time to paint them rather than sketch them. The thicker the brush and therefore the lines, the more potent and capable of defense the drawing would be. And the to scale part isn't the issue. Artist wouldn't have paper the size of elephants, so some constructs clearly wouldn't be able to be actual size, but with enough prep-time it'd come pretty damn close. Think of it like Batman, Artist is at his best when given a situation and being allowed to prepare for it, though he is still capable when he cannot prepare, he just has to think on his feet with less resources to do it with.
But I would sincerely like to thank you all for keeping this pretty cool, you were all more than capable of handling it. I know I'm the GM or whatever, but in this RP all of your opinions hold weight so long as their given respectfully and constructively- which they were- so thanks again everyone!

Also we will kick things off a bit more tomorrow in the IC! I know that it's difficult, and I am going to try and find ways to keep people from getting left behind. I'm sorry for the wait, as you've all been patient- I just wanted everyone who wanted to be in to come in at the same time, but I realize that may not be possible, so as the GM it's up to me to make the characters fit whether they come in now or later.
@Everyone: I am really sorry that I wasn't able to respond sooner, something came up and I wasn't available, but you all seemed to have it under control. I would say that all parties have logical basis in their views for Artist. So I will try to come up with a solution. Firstly, when I accepted Artist I did interpret his powers as he literally draws things into existence, without enchanting abilities. So I think that would probably be the best route. However, Scar does have a point that since drawing to scale takes a large amount of time. To remedy this, before missions where Artist's abilities can be used for a tactical advantage, the overseers will work out plans with him and the group. Artist can draw his larger to scale creations before a battle, and carry them in a portable mech-scroll which Sanctum will provide. Artist can easily wear this on his back, and fall to the back lines to unleash the creation. Regarding his ability to give his creations powers, in a future upgrade I can suggest that Artist can learn to meld together two creations at one time, though this would reduce the time that the creation can exist in our world. Upon defeat or after running out of time, the paintings/drawings would be erased. For the drawings he does in battle, that would have a relatively weaker defense as he'd be forced to draw with a pencil, leaving his lines thin. While outside of combat with time, he can use oils and paints to make much thicker lines adding bulk and defense to his creation. Also, Gods are different in this world, so that wouldn't fly most likely. Also, people are complicated and couldn't be duplicated in combat scenarios, and even then they wouldn't have the abilities of their counterpart, they'd just have basic fighting capabilities. A potential upgrade would be that with a human creation, Artist might be able to for a short time send the creation on a reconnaissance mission, if Art is in range of his drawing then what the drawing can see would be sketched out onto the paper. Are these sounding like good ideas?
Yup that's right, but most of the fundamental information about how Sanctum is organized will be laid out for everyone, and then will be added to the archives.
Yes, for the most part, it will be explained in RP but I can do so now too. Basically, Sanctum is split up into cells, some handle technology, some military, some diplomacy, some public relations, etc.Cells are sort of different task operations that work independently, so someone from one cell won't have access or knowledge to information from another cell. This makes it much harder for a mole to infiltrate Sanctum. Bella Nunez, as Commanding Officer has oversight to all of the cells, but each cell has Project Overseers. The team belongs to the Phoenix Cell- a cell that focuses on training protocol. Animal and Guardian are the Project Overseers for this cell.

Now that I've explained that, the labeling system works like this. P501 would be Ambrose's label. He is the first (01) of the fifth generation of operatives in the Phoenix Cell. I hope that makes sense.
They all had to fly on their own, though the expenses were provided by Sanctum. Afterwards, they were met at a pickup point, where they were driven to the Sanctum HQ via a bus, this was a covert thing, making them look like internship students on tour of the base. Also, the rules for the students will be explained in RP, it will have some ties to military regulation, but at the end of the day most of them are still kids so it'll be a bit different.
Feng, tightened the grip in his fist, as he looked down at the floor. There was so much sweat piling up in his palm from just how nervous he was. He tried to wipe some of the sweat unto his shorts, before crumpling his fist back up. He took a deep breathe, trying to calm himself down. Being the son of a superhero who was almost as legendary as Titan Man was incredibly nerve-wracking. Feng's forest green eyes shifted to see both Ambrose and Ming standing next to him. He saw a smirk on the older male's face, while slight indifference and even a yawn from the purple haired girl. He didn't understand how they could be so calm. Closing his eyes for a minute, he pictured the sight and sound of waves crashing, that always seemed to soothe him...
^^^^ That is how I've decided to update the group on additions to the archives.
