What about a primordial entity? In case you didn't know, primordial entities are among the highest forms of life in existence, as they have ascended farther than even gods have, and usually represent a governing force of existence. For instance, my fursona is a primordial entity representing fire, which means he's the physical embodiment of all fire, whatever the type. Primordial entities are often mistaken for being gods, but they are more powerful. However (and here's the balancing kicker), a primordial entity absolutely must practice total moral neutrality or risk descending from their position. They cannot side with anybody, always acting in the best interests of the Multiverse as a whole, and never in the interests of a certain group. Many also abhor violent solutions, preferring to find diplomatic solutions more often than not.
I think I'll still do the standard RP style if it's all the same to you. I'd feel strange not using quotation marks or not describing actions in detail. I also vastly prefer third person over first, since it gives a lot more freedom and flexibility than first person does.

So... where's the character sheet template and the info on what this RP is, exactly?
Well, I'm going to be. I'm shooting for engineering.
I've been really busy lately. Got two sites to code for, one to co-run, and, on top of all that, I also have school. School won't be as much of an issue in a few months, though, but then I'll have two months of basic training, then whatever job I end up with in the Navy after that.
To be honest, the pattern on the tights isn't quite what I intended, but the shape of them is just fine. I think that one will work, though. Just remember to update the cast picture, lol.
I'll try to post soon, but I've been really busy. Someone asked me to do the code work for their site, so I've had to both co-run and code my site and get his site going. Once I get all the stuff he's asked me to do done, though, I should be able to get a quickie up.

His physical form, which he prefers, is, throughout all the times its had to be reformed, 6'3" tall, and weighs 250 lbs. Unlike a lot of animals, the muscle is not quite as dense as a lot, making his build a bit on the bulky side instead of being slim and packed. His musculature is not toned at all, it's just big and bulky. His shoulders are very broad and his torso is barrel-chested. Every scale on his body, including the front of his torso, is a fiery red, unlike a lot of dragons who have different colored front halves of their torsos compared to the rest of their body.
He has an average-length snout compared to most dragons, with a similar shape as well. He's also completely wingless. He stands on digitigrade legs, similar in shape to the hind legs of a feral dragon. He has four toes on each foot. He also has a thick tail, as with most dragons. Unlike a lot of dragons seen within the furry fandom, he hasn't a single strand of hair on his body, lacking all forms of fluff. He also has deep green eyes, a common eye color with reptilian creatures, and the standard vertical slit pupils that most reptiles have. He also has a total of twelve horns on his body, which, like with most dragons, serve as channeling rods for the magic that allows them to breathe fire. He has two mid-sized ones on the back of his head, two smallish ones on his elbows, two large ones on his back where the wings would normally be, and six tiny ones on his lower jaw.

Jae'ei is tall and slim, a common trait for Raieans. Also like all Raieans, Jae'ei's skin is jet black with accents of dark gray scattered throughout, with veins of her aura's color running over her skin. In her case, the veins are red. Her eyes are also completely red, with no white or pupil at all. As a final touch, her hair is the very same red that her eyes and veining are. Her costume is leaning towards the skimpy side, having a lot of skin showing in her midsection and legs. Her gloves reach almost to her elbows, and she has strips of spandex running along her outer legs and hips. Both the gloves and the leggings (if you could call them leggings) are dark grey and have a hexagon pattern pressed into them. She wears half-knee boots that are as black as her flesh. On her chest is a triangular section of spandex covering her breasts and shoulders, which is a light grey in color. She also carries a single Raiean gun, which she is pictured with here.
Age: Equal to a 20 year old, but is actually 10 Raiean years of age (a Raiean year is twice as long as an Earth year).
Powers: Aura Manipulation: As with most Raieans, Jae'ei possesses an aura that she can freely manipulate. Hers is a red aura (signified by the red veins running over her body), which takes on properties related to heat and flame when used offensively (a fancy way of saying pyromancy/kinesis). The aura is also the main method through which Raieans power their technology, and their auras can also override other machinery, granting a similar effect to technomancy/pathy.
Weaknesses: The mimicry of pyromancy/kinesis is extremely limited by both range and power. She can only extend her aura about five feet, which caps out the range for both her pyromancy/kinesis and her technomancy/pathy. The pyromancy/kinesis mimicry can hardly burn much of anything, making it only useful for scare tactics and showing off. If she takes over a piece of foreign technology, a skilled enough hacker can boot her aura from it and reestablish control. Her cold nature also tends to scare off would-be friends.
Personality: Cold, harsh, blunt
Brief Bio: Jae'ei was born into a military family, and her parents were very strict about discipline with her. They taught that strength was key to almost every situation, and that lesson stuck with her for her entire life. When she reached 18 Earth years of age, she enlisted in the military herself. She quickly rose in the ranks, and this speed at which she rose through her race's military caught the attention of the Legion of Superheroes. She was approached with an offer to join them, and she gratefully accepted, having heard stories of them before.
Notes: She is a bit of a late arrival. i'm thinking not too long before Brainiac 5 went ballistic.
