Oh wow, not many people make the Harvest Moon/ Rune Factory connection. Yep! It is based off the games but changed slightly so non fans of those series can enjoy it too. Haha, that's so awesome someone noticed it!
Well I'd say it varies on the day, everyone is busy so some people post less than others. I try posting at least once every day or two, but again it all depends on who's online and when.
The character list is up to date, like I said some members don't have as much time to post because they are busy but in general everyone is pretty involved.

HI, I am the creator of a roleplay in need of more roleplayers. My roleplay takes place in a magical town called Alvaria. In this town you can play as a human, an elf, a vampire, a mermaid, a fairy, a neko, a werewolf, or whatever other creature you wish! These characters can live in the town and take a job as a blacksmith, a baker, a maid, a winery owner, a doctor, a nurse, a hunter, a fisherman, a potion maker, or whatever you wish! It is an open-ended roleplay I hope that will last for a long time. We are currently in Chapter One, I will post the plot for that in a moment. The roleplay also lets your characters live their daily lives, make friends, enemies, or even find that special someone to start a family with.
Okay the plot for Chapter One is this: Long ago Alvaria used to be a very prosperous and lively town. That was until the Great Earthquake nearly one hundred years ago wiped out most of the town and those living there. It also destroyed the Spirit Tree, a large tree believed to be the home to forest spirits. Very few people survived and even fewer stayed in the town after it was destroyed. Those who did stay have done what they can to restore the town to its former glory but nothing has worked. The soil is poor and crops have difficulty growing, the fish in the lake and the ocean are rare and puny, the weather is erratic, changing from sunny to hurricanes in a moment's notice, and many of the town's oldest inhabitants are suffering from a strange illness. Many of the older inhabitants believe this is because the spirits are angry their home was destroyed when the Great Earthquake destroyed the Spirit Tree.
Several months ago people started appearing out of nowhere, literally they showed up in town out of thin air. These new visitors came from all across the world and the only thing they have in common is that before they arrived in Alvaria they remember picking up a strange stone with a weird marking. None of these new visitors can recall who they were before coming to the town excluding their name, birthday, and any family that came with them. The rest of their past is a mystery.

You are free to go however if you wish." Adrian started stacking the boxes, "Oh and actually it's still light out. I know it feels like it is later being in this dark cellar." he added with a laugh.

Amelie walked around the plaza. It sure is busier than it has been in a long time. she thought to herself, taking note of all the people around shopping. It was both a good and bad thing to Amelie. It was good because more people in town meant better business for the local shops; including the Inn, but it was also a bad thing because all these people made it hard for the locals to enjoy the nature beauty of the town.
Amelie came to the large tree in the center of the town. This was the Spirit Tree. The tree was rumored to have once been the home to little spirits that kept this town alive and well but it had been destroyed in the earthquake a long time ago. She walked around the tree, wondering what it had looked like back in its prime. She almost didn't notice the man sitting under the tree until she nearly stepped on him. "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't see you there!" she took a few steps back, "Are you an actor of some sort?" She noticed his clothes were kind of strange, not something most people would wear everyday.

If you guys have any roleplay buddies on here you think would like this roleplay please tell them about it. The more the merrier. 
I have an interest board up from when I was debating on making the roleplay but it hasn't been posted in in nearly a week. I have several people in the roleplay but I'd love more people to join since this type of roleplay is more fun with losts of characters. I was wondering where I could post a recruting post. Like could I post it in the roleplay discussion board or what? Sorry I just don't want to post in the wrong board.
