Like a normal vitamin would. It helps add more of what ur body produces. It makes u tired and wanna sleep. Then when ur asleep it wears off. If u resist it it will also wear off. It takes effect after 30 mins. With that I'm gonna take mine and go to bed. Night all. See u in 6-7 hours.

"Then I would have no problem turning for you." Aiden said gently putting his hand on her face and looking into her eyes he was completely mesmerized by her now.

Aiden started smiling agin and griped her hand, "That sounds amazing Isabella, but what would happen to my powers?" Aiden had a uncontrollable infatuation with Isabella.

Aiden looked up at the clouds he wondered about how he should continue with his and Isabella's relationship, Aiden thought for a moment he didn't want to ruin this girls life he didn't want her making any changes for him.
