And potentially disastrous :L
Damn, does this mean I'm going to be doubly single on valentines day? :L
"Look whose developed a sudden fondness for nicknames." She sighed, admittedly she had walked into that one. As soon as his expression changed she was reminded after the brief interruption who she was talking to, someone who was obviously intelligent and had no interest in heroism. Nothing she said would be forgotten if he deemed it even in the slightest way important. "I left because I hate it here: the structure, the staff, even the students at times, it is the physical manifestation for all that I despise. As for my return, my hand was forced. Without getting weighed down in the politics, my father attempted an attack on Vanaheim. He was unsuccessful of course but neither Vanaheim nor Asgard are particularly welcoming to me right now. Jotunheim even less so. And a long series of unfortunate events meant that here was the lesser of many evils." She explained it as if it were the most normal thing in the world. "Does that satisfy you, Anthony?"
"Me either, but it's preferable to hearing my name murdered by your accent." At his next question she thought for a moment. At first she would have protested that disdain was too harsh but thinking back, it was how it would have probably come across. "I am not new to this establishment, I have returned to it. We attended together for perhaps a year or two before I left. For what it's worth it was not a contempt for him exactly. I abide 'Kat' but I will never accept 'Kitty Kat', which he - unfortunately - is well aware of."
"The whole notion is pointless really, if you're the hero in one story you're bound to be the villain in another." She said with a shrug. "I'm Eldkatla, but that hardly flows in your tongue, Kat is a lot simpler."
Most certainly not the cookie cutter kid that went through this school. His apparent disdain at the mention of allies was more interesting though. "Be careful, you're getting awfully close to the lone hero role." She warned with a playful smirk before hearing a cutting remark come from the screen which she quickly looked to, only to roll her eyes and turn back once more. "I believe we've reached the point in the conversation where it is conventional to swap names." She prompted. If he was as intelligent as he appeared he would already know half of hers, which put him at an unfair advantage, and that would never do.
Again, an unusual attitude in this place. He did not seem to care for following what was expected of them in this school. Only one way to find out if that assumption was true. "And just what is it you plan to do with your life? I have a feeling it is not going to involve saving the crying children and kissing the pretty girls, only to disappear into the night and refuse all the praise." As she spoke she became more animated and dramatic, though it was obviously mocking the attitude of most of the heroes on Earth.
"I believe he has started to refer to himself as the God of Evil nowadays." She replied in a tone that showed it obviously didn't impress her. However she supposed whoever he was, he had said enough to deserve her attention as she shifted to turn towards him. "You're obviously not as foolish as the majority here. I'm sure that is reflected in your lineage but I really doubt I would know of them." She said flippantly, her eyes turning away briefly as she took note of who walked into face Mimic before returning back.
She was aware of his presence beside her, and when he leaned over it was obvious he was going to try and talk to her. When he did - asking about Mimic - she looked over to him, not saying a word as she looked him over. She then turned back to the screen, despite him being alone in the room, before replying. "My first session with him, he stabbed me in the chest and I threatened to turn him into a mindless slave." She said, her voice even and emotionless. But that changed when she looked back to him with an arch smile. "So maybe you're asking the wrong person."
