"Thanks snow queen." Kat said as she walked over to Katherin and the rest of her team. Hearing John's comment she gave a wink and a playfully dangerous smile. She listened as Mimic explained their task - rolling her eyes as he laughed at his own joke - and decided that this was probably the best of all the possible situations. Nothing that happened was real, and with the bonus of no amnesia, she thought as she took the helmet handed to her.

At the moment all the students are in the middle of something, it might be easier to just wait for it to be over as there will be no-one free to interact with

What the task is hasn't been revealed yet, but I feel pretty safe in saying it's quite unlikely to be to the death, unless this is taking a Hunger Games twist

And I don't know if it'll be any use but I'm keeping track of who is taken and who is free, so if either of you can't think of who still needs selecting I should be able to help :)

"You've been here all of-? Yes, yes you missed lunch. For a school full of heroes, they're pretty crappy." She said as she helped him up. "Come on, maybe today will be the day Mimic dies and I don't want to miss that." As she walked a burger appeared in her hand which she gave to John. "You should eat."

They walked into class, one of the last to arrive, and shortly after he explained the plan for the lesson. There is the risk of a murder in the school and they are teaching them more, she thought, gods what a brilliant idea. She was more concerned with the prospect of more group work however.

With lunch drawing to a close Kat stood up and dumped what was left of her meal. Walking to class her mind wandered to the broadcast and the staff meeting; there was no doubt they were linked. Could there be a murderer amongst them? Well, a more brazen and current murder anyways. Seeing a figure slumped up ahead she sighed and quickly abandoned that trail of thought. Crouching in front of John she gave him a couple of light slaps on the cheek. "Come on John, wake up. Don't make me carry you."

I'm not. I'm glad Summer is over. Gets too frigging hot here. I prefer winter. There's only so much layers you can take off in summer, but you can always put more on in winter. But then I don't have exams lol, and we don't have summer vacation. At least, not like you guys. Our holidays are spread out throughout the year.

I totally get that, season wise winter always wins for me, I'm not a fan of the heat.. Suppose it was lucky I was born in England :P I think if I was in Australia I'd just shut myself in a fridge and hiss at anyone who opened the door...

I think I'd prefer the spread out holidays, my summer holiday is 4 months long now I'm at uni, that's just ridiculous

Class in the winter can be horrible, coming home in the dark and the cold, ugh

At least there is a chance of a snow day when it's really wintry though
